@@Alon_Bar that’s alright, I’m happy to give advice or share my knowledge if I can. I’ve surfed for just over 2 years on and off. Went from Longboard to now recently shortboard. I would be lying if I said I can do tricks😂 I’ve recently managed to start catching unbroken waves, so my focus now is to read the waves before they come, my positioning in the ocean to be at the best spot, and ride the wave up and down. When I’m comfortable doing that, then I will probably start trying some sharp turns on even 360. I have to say though out of all the sports I’m good at, surfing is the hardest thing I ever gotten myself into🤙

​@@marosmesikDamm dude what other sports have you tried? Also give yourself some more credit for recently switching from a longboard to a storyboard I think you're pretty good on a shortboard! What other tricks do you wanna do in the near future? (Also as for the video from like a viewer's perspective the music is too loud compared to the volume of your voice, unless using headphones it's pretty hard to understand what you're saying so maybe you should turn it around - just a thought😁)

@@Alon_Bar So I used to ride Bmx, skateboard, snowboard hence why I said surfing is a different ballgame, I was confident before I went for it that since I’m good at snowboarding and skateboarding that I will be surfing but couldn’t be further from the truth haha. Thank you, I appreciate that. I think it’s a big jump from volume point of view but I was just tired of longboard and wanted to learn how to shred. I also appreciate your constructive criticism, I agree with you. The music needs to be more quieter if not using headphones. I need to do more tests before releasing in the future so thank you 🙌

Pull ups( palms facing away) use more of your back muscles. Chin ups (palms facing towards) use your arm muscle more.

I’ve trained long before I started calisthenics, started off with weightlifting at 15 years old then transitioned into calisthenics around 2 years ago. Now I do both.

@@marosmesik would you have any tips for me trying to bulk? 180cm 55kg. I just find it impossible eating more

@@staldani The only thing I can recommend is to hit your macros for the day, you need to make sure you are in a caloric surplus at all costs if you want to maximise your gains. I used to think I was eating enough but the reality was different. Make sure to eat quality protein. I’m trying to stick to a range of 150 - 200g every day from just meals alone, I don’t take supplements although you can if you want to but don’t rely on them. Remember, it’s a marathon not a sprint.
