" I am forever yours." Destiny & Joseph Hobson - Meridian Idaho Temple 9.6.2024
Sealed in the Meridian temple, Destiny and Joseph shared a ceremony with their friends and family in Cascade Idaho the next day. the story of these two shows that doing a long distance relationship does work, and as the adage goes, "absence makes the heart grow fonder."

Natalie and Tanner

Just outside the Sawtooth Mountains, Natalie and tanner tied the knot next to a river. It was fitting because of the way they met on a river trip and work as river guides. What a great day and a blast to be a part of.

One of the coolest spots for a wedding, clearly shows that this is an Idaho wedding. Outside, beautiful, and a great time. Congrats to these two and their little kids!

Such a beautiful spring wedding to start off the wedding season with these two. If you haven't been to the Meridian Temple in the spring, it is a must!

I’ve been loading for my dad since I was old enough to on -34 thrush. After high school I went and played college baseball and got out of bc of my passion for aviation and the smell of jet a in the am. I dream to be a ag pilot .Went and got my a&p and started taking flying lessons. Got a job at fort novosel working on blackhawks helicopters and lost all my free time. Hope to start back on my dream soon!
Left my public safety career as I got married, part of the reason I talked her into Idaho was the agricultural aviation opportunities. Keep seeing the air tractors here at the Jerome airport. Hoping to start a conversation when they’re not busy. They definitely run a tight show.
Great video. Glad to be your #2 comment. Hope to see more of you.
Salut~ yeah ,total breathtaking picture-see you later,:)
This is a true American inspirational story !
Grt ,more Success
Very nice. I recently picked up my first drone. It opens up a whole new world.
Great video! Your story and mine are close to the same. Many years in construction, then getting into crop dusting. My crop dusting ended when a Navy A6-e Intruder hit me from behind. Stay safe, and may you have a great career!

Great story, are those pistons or kerosene burning?
Turbine. They burn Jet A.
@@JyClaridge Cool, I fly behind PT-6 -35
great story, trust you take precautions with the chems. I bought my 79 TU206 from Ken Spray in Twin Falls, ID. Fly safe
I want to be a crop duster. I could if I want to I’m 21 no finishing up some schooling in an ag field and I could do the required works. I just don’t know if I want to put my family through that. Don’t know what to do.
What do you mean by "put your family through that"?
@@JyClaridge it would stress my mother.
For sure. However, there is a lot of value in doing what YOU want to do. My family is nervous for sure, but they love watching me fly and doing what I want to do. Most of all, they enjoy the time I have now.
@@JyClaridge I’m going to go for my private pilot or potential try gliders next summer. I’m thinking gliders first, it’s cheeper and I’d get a feel for flying.
I think i would like to be a crop duster. Just so many steps and things ahead of me if I choose to peruse it!
can somebody please tell me what the hell i seen in the field at around the 7:00 mark...bout middle of the frame..two ... somethings that appeard to be glowing rise up out of the grass
It was a reflection from the lights in the lens
@@JamesDallinFilms thats what i thought initially...then i rwinded a cpl times and watched it again..and it doesnt really look like a reflection...the way it comes out of the grass...of course im no light reflection expert lol..just looked odd to me.
I'm so thankful that these videos now exist. My dad taught himself to fly with audiobooks (not a joke), in 1970. In late 70, he found an owner/operator (in Canton, MS) as crazy as he was, to give him a chance. Dad's career spanned 39 years, 26,000 hours, and the only reason he stopped was because his heart doctor made him (09). Dad's favorite plane to fly was a Thrush. I'm pretty sure that was the first new plane he ever bought. But, I will always love the radial ag cat, because that's the one I flew in with him the most. As loud as it was, it's still music to my ears. I hope y'all continue to make these videos, maybe even to help people understand just how important ag aviation is to help feed us every year. These videos also help people realize that ag pilots are not out trying to kill themselves, nor are you stunt pilots. You're just normal guys doing an extraordinary job. Thank you!
Mate , im 44 and about to start flying , something I’ve wanted to do since I was a kid also , plan is to end up being a Ag pilot, your an inspiration and your story spurs me on to do it , thank you
Oh, this is a video about planes? I thought this was going to be a completely different kind of story.
Aren’t they switching to drones now
I “started over” at 35 and I just finished my second season as an Ag Pilot.
Nothing better than having your wife znd kids come out to watch you fly and having them breathe the toxic chemicals that cause tumors and cancers in the human body.
"I fly different because of that experience." So love hearing a man who's not afraid to change.
Be safe out there buddy, our crop duster buddy didn’t make it home here this spring, fell outta the sky left behind his wife and a couple young girl’s!
“You think you know what you’re doing, but you know you don’t know what you’re doing.” Nailed it
What Ag school did you get your endoresment from? I dont live far from there and have my commercial license.
I did mine at TSTC in Waco TX. They don't have the ag program anymore.
Thank you ✈️
This was awesome to watch! I was able to start my career transition at exactly 38 years old as well. I'm using the GI Bill to earn my ratings. I started off on the fixed wing side and have earned up to my commercial. Then I switched over to the rotary side of the house in order to pursue aerial cinematography. It's a long shot to get into major feature films, but I can't get there if I don't try. The last couple years have been VERY exciting. I've earned my heli PPL and am currently working on my instrument rating. I flew this afternoon and nailed 3 approaches under the foggles. I can't believe Uncle Sam is paying for all of this. I feel like I won the lottery!!!
more like feed to people and poison the world so sad the chems that must be put down
Great guy, great story.
This post is a jewel in a world full of egos and pretend stars. Rare to see such honesty and humbleness. Good flying my friend.
I don't fly anymore because of the cost. My proudest moment was completing my solo. My second proudest moment was nailing my checkride on the first go. I was in my 50s. Never give up the dream.
Thank you, I’m am hvac guy in Florida. I’ve been questioning my occupation for a couple of years now. Your testimony has directed me in my first love of electronics.
This was my dream since as far back as I can remember, but I never followed through . How sad is that. Congratulations Travis. I’ll live my dream vicariously through you and others like you.
Jeremy, very well spoken, great video.
I’ve cropdusted a few times in a restaurant, Target, and a couple grocery stores
33 years old. 13 years now as a emt/firefighter, it was my childhood dream. Over the last 2 years i have found myself growing out of the EMS/public service world and only wanting to fly. Gonna start the PPL in December. Hopefully I can leave this childhood dream and start my adulthood dream! Thanks for the reassurance 🙏. It's never to late!
Many, many years ago in Blythe, CA, I worked for a cope sprayer, cleaning vegetation from the sprayer nozzles.
Just minding my business watching random Turboprop videos and suddenly there is a video about Jeremy; my neighbor!! Jeremy gave me and and some young men a tour of his working plane which was awesome. Jeremy shared so much information about what he work he does. Very humble man. Very hard working. Great video!!!
Excellent story!
If you want a story, interview my dad in north Louisiana. From a government contract job out of college to a feed store owner to an ag pilot. Flew for 40 years….just retired at 79 not because he wanted to but because he knew it was time. 25,000 hours and stories you wouldn’t believe. Best pilot I’ve ever known.
did ur dad own a plane and fly u around and to go on vacation?

Which 3 stories stick out in your mind?
I'm in south louisiana. I knew a crop duster who used a Bell 47.
79 yrs old ag flying?? Holy smoke that’s impressive. Cheers
Amazing story, you're a good man
Beautiful
wow well done
Thanks for sharing your story, very inspirational! And great job on the editing James!
My high school teacher died twice crop dusting. When I told him I was finally getting my PPL he said ag flying was off limits for me. its a different sport.
I wanted to be an ag pilot at 30...saved up 10k...of the 40k I needed. Now I'm 43...still in same career...still would like to do it...but I get dragged through 10x the effort as the typical guy trying to advance.
Its good to be scared of something. Its dangerous to not be scared of omething
I just didn't understand his comment I hit a pivot..with landing gear??? Never heard this expression before...can someone explain please???
I think he hit a irrigation pivot.
The big sprinklers that move around and cover a circle are called pivots, you can see him hopping over one in the video. Some of them have a steel cable stretched out on top like a suspension bridge, while others are nothing but a really big pipe. The wire is often hard to see if you're flying into the sun. If you skim the top of one with the landing gear, you'll bounce off. If you hit it closer to the center of the wheel, you'll likely rip the landing gear off or nose straight into the ground. Just like power lines and towers and wind generators, they're not something you want to get too close to.
Nice story..thanks for sharing. I envy you man!!
