The first weekend of Santa Trains on the Isle of Man Railway. Trains running as late as 7 'o' clock in the evening coupled with snow and ice produced a festive day out with a difference. The day also saw the return of Loco 'Kissack 'to service after boiler repairs which have kept it out of service this year. Locos 'Loch' 'G H Wood' and 'Hutchinson' are also seen in use.

These are two Seals rescued in 2008/2009 season by the Manx Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals from beaches around the Isle of Man. They were brought in malnourished and needing medical care.
