Yes of course Jesus supported tithes as he was still under the law until he fulfilled the law. To be blunt. Tithing is the churches method of extorting money from their members. 1st there is no new testament scripture that supports anyone giving money to support a church brand or bank mortgage etc all money given in the new testament was used to meet the needs of the Saints. 2nd Tithing was part of the feast of firstfruits and was essentially a tax however Jesus fulfilled the feast of firstfruits thus we no longer need to tithe. 3rd tithes were given to the Levites to be kept in the storehouse (temple at Jerusalem) however the temple was destroyed and the Levites killed in AD70 by the Romans. 4th The old testament legal tithe was farm produce and not money. 5th the 10% given by Abraham to Melchizedek was 10% of the spoils Abraham took and was not earnings that Abraham made and have nothing to do with the Levitical tithe. The New Testament doctrine on giving is we don't consider that we own anything so everything we have is available to meet each other's needs and this is a theme throughout the new testament.
