What is the development board you're using called ? I have a LPC2129 on a external QFP dip which has all the pins to bigger pins, i also have a USB-TTL dongle, how can i use the TTL to interact with the LPC2129 ? Can i use flashmagic with USB-ttl ?
The board I'm using is called breadboard

The chip next to the USB is the FTDI232AL and the LPC chip is the LPC2129FBD64
