Hi, had an open fracture, broke both tibia and fibula, been a month, using walker with one leg. I'm still an antibiotics as the place where the bone came out still has a infection. Did anyone go through something like this, please share.. I feel severe pain in my toes, still have swelling and numbness in my foot.

I met with an accident on nov 4. My right leg got fractured and im in the same situation now the xray which u have shown likewise my bone has beem broken and i was very disappointed😞, one more thing its been one month but im not able to properly strech the ankle upward. I don't want to take help from physiotherapist i want to do it on my own, kindly suggest what exercises i have to follow i have tried these exercises which u have shown in the video.
