Guys I think a decent setup would be buying a 12400kf or a 12700k and buy a mid range graphics card from Nvidia after the new range release 50 series. IT will get 70% of the fps for 30%-50% of the cost and with power efficiency , alternatively buy an X3D but i think 500$ for a 8 core part is too much.

get 9800x3d and wait for 50 series cards in 2 months

Personally I find that it's decent but the 5600 kinda covers budget gaming territory better. While yes you have two less cores, the majority of titles it is able to close in or match the performance. Though depending your region and pricing, the 5700X3D is a better option for better performance with higher end GPUs. Though it may be best to consider AM5 going forwards, it may bring up the cost a little but the Ryzen 5 7600 is a hard hitter for a six core

but the open question is, 5700X or 5700X3D? The X3D has less GHZ but the 3D-Cache tech covers it up meanwhile the X might offer more performence. Which one would you recommend?

I had an Asus Prime z490-v completely fry on me. It was about 4 years old. Utterly fried....I had so many BSODs all for a different reason. Turns out none of the reasons were really accurate, the MOBO was the cause of all of it. Many of the times the system wouldn't even post, no bios or anything.

13th and 14th gen chips degrade and fail and are also on an end-of-life platform/socket. Buy a 7800X3D if you want to game or wait for the Ryzen 5 9600X for example (coming out very very soon), or a 9950X for productivity. A lot of people might be selling their Ryzen 7000 chips so you could get a good secon-hand deal too. AM5 will see at least 3 more years of possible CPU upgrades on the same socket.

Do not buy intel, at least for now.....
