Did you buy this before or after they stopped with the hott feet/alley lightheads?
My guess is it was after because I bought it technically used, but it was basically still brand new. Guy that had it before me only had it I think he said for about 6 months

Do you by any chance know if the slr has a steady burn? If i wanted two reds in front and two blues in the rear to be steady? Because i see in the software under the vision lightbar, there is a steady burn option together with the scene modes....
By default I dont think so. Kind of like the old smart vectors didn’t either unless you bought the cal spec version. I’m guessing you could swap out the pods with take down built in with red pods, or get red domes for those pods and you could do it that way but I don’t think there’s a set pattern for it
Vision has a flood mode yeah but i think you can’t jog individual pods. So you wouldn’t be able to do steady to the rear and front at the same time even with that old bar. With this one I’m pretty sure you couldn’t either unfortunately
@dapeacock27 I know i can do a scene right, left and takedown, and I can jog them all whichever direction I want. (I have the exact NYPD pattern file.) My question is, in the software for the platinum under "vision," there is a steady burn option besides the scene and takedown options. Can I steady burn red&blue and how to I achieve that.
@dapeacock27 I have a friend who has a full "quad" vision slr, with the NYPD patterns and colors, in addition to having full takedown, amber mode, etc... So I'm pretty sure you can program or add it to the file somehow

The best part is that the Ford GT even held its value far better than the 458 did. And it cost far less than the F430 did at the time.
just out of pure personal curiosity, what's the programming process like? Are you able to use their Convergence Network software or is it setup with the wires themselves?
You can use the convergence software. This one has like 20 something patterns I could customize to whichever wires I wanted to. It’s doesn’t have all dual modules or hot feet so some patterns just wouldn’t do anything.
I have B,G,A,W LED’s in the pods of my Vision SLR. Can you kindly tell me how to change the colors?
I have the program from federal signal and it took me a minute to get used to it

Hey. My 2011 has factory halos still. One of the halo lights is dimmer than the other one. Can I replace the halo BULB ONLY or do I need a new headlight assembly? I found GM OEM ones online but I don’t wanna do the whole assembly if I can get by with replacing the bulb only.
The halo has a simple LED bulb that lights the whole thing up. I would think you might be able to get to it without replacing the whole assembly? But I can’t be certain

How do you trigger the fire machines with the light o rama?
Think of it exactly the same as you would a string of lights. These flame machines can fire immediately when power is applied, so you just tell it when to power on just like any other channel would

Just get a driveway ramp and lay it in between the road and the driveway sideways, should do the trick. They are about $250 for a pair of 4 ft. Ramps. I'm thinking I may need one myself for my possible new ftype

458 driver didn’t really push the car to see a real race! There are other races on UA-cam where the 458 is faster than the GT. 458 is iconic supercar and real modern classic. Ford GT is ugly as fuck you gotta be a blind ford fan to pick it over a 458 or any limited production Ferrari like a speciale, TDF or enzo for fairer comparison with the GT
