I hope that you don't get disappointed, a lot go in to Youth Work expecting to be able to make huge differences and saving the kids, it doesn't happen. It does have a high turnover and its not a bed of roses. Good luck.
Unfortunately I was unsuccessful with safe places 😥 make sure to study before your interviews get your answers ready and all that kinda stuff. This is all new for me but hopefully there's a company that'll have me on board. Good luck bro 👍🏽
