It looks like a great ruck, from a military standpoint, the only con if you will for civilian use is the outer side pouches for water, more and more people are switching to filtering water to save weight, and water bladders are difficult to fill and clean.

I have their Swagman Roll and think it is excellent. If I didn''t have so many other ponchos, I would certainly consider buying this poncho. Although, perhaps a bit expensive for what it is, given the poncho competition in the market. Nice job on the video. Thanks.

Those side pouches are not meant for water bottles. They’re gear pockets imho. An axe fits perfectly in there, or ice axes, trekking poles etc. since you can use the side compression straps to fastening. Good video. I love my savotta m.
