Where are sfa2 gold and sfa3upper? And triple P and K ??? Argggg Need an update!

Not sure whether to get this or Street Fighter V? Which one should I choose?

Capcom needs to make sf1 championship edition. Redesign the controls and make everyone playable. I know fans have done this already, but I want an official version.

I love the fact that they ported the rom of SF2 WW with the guile glitches , handcuffs , stance and magic throw .

Can't believe you forgot to mention how nerfed Sean was in Third Strike. He was fun if not a bit OP to play as in Second Impact, but he got nerfed in Third Strike for story reasons and he was trash to play as in 3rd Strike.

The reason Sean sucked in 3rd Strike was because they changed his Shoryuken. He now performs it with 2 arms but it reduces his range and it blows!

Playing 3rd strike in this collection I haven’t been able to unlock Gill or System Direction by beating the game with every character. Super disappointing

You need Capcom Fighting Collection because the version of Street Fighter II has adjustable speed and you can choose between every version of each character.

Personally, I felt like a lot of these games were ported kind of lazily when home versions in the 90s had better features. Alpha 3 for instance wasn’t released on ps1 and dreamcast completely bare like this one was. Most people in the states probably don’t realize SFA3 Upper is what came out on home consoles back in the day. They put more effort into the collections on PS2 than they did with this. Im sure anyone who had alpha 3 on dreamcast back in the day was pretty disappointed with the lack of characters and super move styles in this port.

IMO, 3rd Strike alone is worth the price. All the other games are just bonuses.

For its time , this was a good release , but now with the marvel vs Capcom collection coming out , SNK vs Capcom out now , we need them to release either the Saturn or psp version of zero 3 , hyper street fighter alpha , and street fighter alpha 2 gold as one package . 45$ switch / ps4 physical with online rollback . Add extra characters from never before in all 3 of those games and maybe the street fighter 2 animated movie in 4k instead of the muggy looking ps2 video to dvd rip version

I don’t like the game difficulty in this game they should fix it you can adjust to what you want but through the game the difficulty on its own changes.

One thing that can be said about Second Impact Is that Sean was at his absolute best in that game! Unfortunately, he got nerfed to hell in Third Strike. Another thing to note is that Yun's twin brother Yang became his own character in that game, with his own moveset. In New Generation, They were just pallet swaps of each other that took up one character slot, So if you wanted to play as Yang, you had to press the kick button

12:05 You want to know what the worst part about fighting Shin Bison in this game is? In the arcade version, if you lose to him, you don't get a second chance! The game just ends with him blowing up a city! At least you get a chance to continue in the console versions.

10:00 It's funny you say that, because one of the main reasons why I have no problem going back to Alpha 1 Is the chain combo system... Which, if I'm being completely honest, kind of makes the game busted. Lolz... It was really easy to execute high damage combos if you knew what you were doing, which is probably why that system was replaced in Alpha 2 with the Custom Combo system.

I could barely get halfway in SFA3 but put loads of money into the arcade for versus play! I mained Zangief and Honda and it seemed a lot of people appreciated an opponent who wasn’t using a Shoto karate fighter. Even had the arcade manager regularly come over and rumble with me with an audience gathering, I got quite a cheer for countering his super in one memorable fight 😎

It’s because they didn’t fix the ai in those games they were cheap as well especially the super street fighter 2 turbo and street fighter 3 second impact and the rest of the street fighter games except alpha 3 and third strike and they didn’t bother to add alpha 2 gold which has shin akuma and alpha 3 upper which has shin akuma also what disappointment even street fighter alpha anthology from ps2 is the better game than the 30 anniversary and that too has shin akuma as a player character but not in the 30 anniversary which was dog shit because shin akuma is so fun to play as even though he’s broken as hell but he’s a hella fun to play as not having him as playable character that game was a let down
