Try taping the spinning wheel once so that it stops the download, tap it again to re-start and wait for a while (as it could run slowly on the first gen apple watch) If that doesn’t work then maybe the app doesn’t support Gen 1 :/

@@xeditor07632 Make sure your watch has enough storage. Check how much available storage your watch has by opening its Settings app, then going to General > Usage. Ensure you re connected to a strong network, Connect Apple Watch to a Wi-Fi network and try a different network if possible. If your devices use a VPN or security software, try with disabling this software as it can effect your network. Hope this information helps.

Hello @kinsley Would be glad to help! Try this (if you see the app “installed” on your phone) Open the watch app on your iPhone Scroll down till you see “Available apps” (should be at the very bottom) There you’ll see the watch tube app and next to it, you should see a yellow / orange “Install” button. Press Install and wait for a few seconds. Check your watch, you should have it :) (Make sure you have your watch connected at all times during this process)
