​ @dauniellemiller9173 - Hey, I realize that '65 Imp has been sold, so this is all after-the-fact, and I hope you got a lucrative profit on its sale. I thought your Asking Prices were reasonable. But I thought I'd share my thoughts and experience with these classics, being an old (67) hot rodder since the late-'60s... That car is indeed arrow straight, metal-wise, and nearly all of the components were there-- a big Plus! And, the fact that it still had the original 327 is awesome (although I doubt it came from the factory with those fuelie heads). Still, the potential for a great mill indeed! Finally, that color was originally a very rare "Evening Orchid" (Paint Code "P"). As for the downsides... Contrary to your assessment, that honey was in need of serious lower-panel replacement, as that deeper rot down low was indicative of more decay once someone gets in there. And, as you had noted, the floors need full replacement. (Best to buy a 1-piece, since you'll need to change the body mounts anyway.) And the interior has to be fully replaced (I recommend ordering from SMS Auto Fabrics out of Oregon, as they use all-original, correct fabrics/designs.) Of course, the entire exhaust system needs replacement. (Some stainless headers with "cutouts" would be a nice touch!) BOTTOM LINE: Whomever was the lucky purchaser, he/she can expect to spend another $10K - $15K post-purchase (assuming its electrical "gremlins" don't already live inside, and it doesn't need a new wiring harness... and they don't plan on painting it). Definitely a cool car, Daunielle. Any car dude can see that. I'm sure it was a tough decision to keep...or unload. Best of luck in your future classic finds!

My first 57 was a Bel-Air 4 Dr. ht. 283 4 barrel dual exhaust... Powerglide trans, changed it over to a stick shift. Black in color, silver and black interior, paid $100 for it back around 1968.
