These types of movies have an atmosphere that you cant get anywhere else. Your Name especially. A Silent Voice is my favorite hands down but I’ve never seen a movie of this genre that I didn’t love.
Oshi No Ko is such a great story. It talks about real life things and how idols and famous people HAVE to act in order to have some privacy. As a UA-camr myself, I relate. People look up to me, my fans think I can do no wrong. They think that Im prefect. But in reality, I’m not.. I’m just a middle school student, has failing grades, cry’s all the time, has depression, has bad family issues, and I just hate being me.? And after all this, I lie. When someone asks me a question I make up a good believable lie so they can shut up. Sometimes my fans annoy me and I have to act like I’m so interesting in the conversation, when in reality, I’m not. I say, I love you, but it’s never true. And lately, I’ve been lying in real life also. A lie is a must in life. I feel like if I lie maybe people will like me more..? And maybe they might come true. I’ve never said I love u without me second guessing.i don’t remember when was the last time I’ve TRUELY loved someone.
Don't forget about our other socially anxious anime friend also called Bocchi. She would be devastated.
Well made video, I feel you put some passion into this ✨
Thank you!
1:40 THERE IT IS!!!
SHE DID THE THING!!!
Clearly theres alot of effort behind this, great job!
Thank you!
this dumbass could just easily quit his job that it
true
Personally, my favourite is definitely oshi no ko, though the ending may be bad in most people's eyes, but nothing can take away the development they went through while I was watching them. My only regret being the invisible and nigh-tangible wall separating me and them preventing them from knowing that at least one more person supports and loves them for who they are. Not being able to express my true emotions and being unable to help them through their toughest times is truly heartbreaking for me.
I enjoyed Oshi no Ko a lot since I like the idea of Gorou (Aqua) given the second chance to make things right for Sarina (Ruby)
Mushishi and Aria are the 1's that got my soul! Some folk know the first and almost none know the second but that's okay, they're fantastic and I get to see them whenever I want to! I am content!
That's awesome!
Everyone loves the big songs like sparkle and zenzenzense, but for me Mitsuha’s theme is the one that makes me cry every time I hear it. There’s beauty in the simplicity, and the gentle sadness is conveyed well through the playing itself. And Katawaredoki kills me every time
Katawaredoki is my favorite soundtrack for sure
man i wish i was still an anime-only rn
I too have read the manga... I'm curious to see how it all gets animated
Oshi no ko is my favorite anime so I clicked.
Very reasonable response
The same reason I clicked
I thought i was the only one who was kinda put off in this scene. Like something was very wrong. Glad to know i wasn't the only one. Awesome video !
Thank you! Wasn't expecting anyone to interact in this video for a while though haha
Very good upload. Good use of video clips, and you have a voice that's pleasant to listen to - and you apply good pacing so it's both easy to follow your reasoning and pick up everything you say. ... and it made me want to go back and rewatch "Your name" :)
Thank you for the feedback! :)
It's Mushoku Tensei for me. Themes of being a failure and self sabotaging to taking control of your newly given life to do what you couldn't in your previous life. An isekai with actual depression and lost.
Mushoku Tensei is my favorite isekai hands down and it's also one of my top picks as well
I watched Mushoku Tensei because of how you described it and I actually took the time to finish what is currently released. Despite it not being finished yet, it really hit home for me. The main character is a representation of the regrets that burden you and I couldn't relate more. There are so many things I realized about myself because of the way the characters improve. It's main story is very convoluted with unnecessary episodes that distract from the title behind it, but it is great and I am glad you made this comment hahahaha. Rudeus and his original world counterpart isn't that good of a character to look up to, but as someone who didn't enjoy anime as much as someone else would previously, I learned a lot from it. Thanks for mentioning such a good anime.
I'm so glad you enjoyed Mushoku Tensei! You're picking up on a lot of lessons from anime surprisingly haha
@@isthatumi lmao it's probably because I judged anime without watching anything worthwhile. I don't think I have enjoyed literally any form of media for years and anime just so happened to be introduced to me by the means of 2 youtube videos. On top of that, for some reason I decided to draw anime style content. That's how inspiring it is. Thanks for making the video by the way or else I wouldn't be out here watching anything 🤣 (btw i am watching Sword Art Online rn in case you wanted to know)
@UserLuigi That's so cool that you're drawing anime style content, I'd love to see your works one day! Sword Art Online is a fun show and was the gateway anime for many but it's not the most well-written story. I hope you enjoy more anime there is to come!
I never ever liked anime but I watched Your Name just yesterday cause I watched a video that mentioned it a few months ago, and damn. I can't stop thinking about it. The music specifically, it still resonates with me even though I've only watched it once. I never understood the mainstream appeal of anime, but just watching Your Name made be understand that even though it's a form of art I may not have liked beforehand, there's still a story. There's still soul put into it. There's still a message. And I agree with you, this was the anime for me, the only anime I may ever watch with expectations going in, and said expectations being met afterward. I will forever wish to forget everything about this story just to watch it again, but you know how it is. Your Name specifically covers this topic: You may forget, but you will always remember. And that was something I never expected to come out of a movie.
Yooo I'm so glad you enjoyed Your Name!! I'm sure you'd be able to rewatch and enjoy it again in the future though
@@isthatumi For real, I gotta do the "dont think about it for a year and come back" strategy to forget about it. It will be worth it.
Mine is Steins Gate, there might be many plotholes, but it is an underrated MASTERPIECE!
Steins Gate definitely amazing too!
For me it's (A place further than the universe) I don't know why but I've teared up in pretty much every single episode, I've rewatched it 3 times already and it's been less than a year since I first watched it I don't know why but it hit deep in me The drive to do something special just hit deep , watching it made me feel so inspired, it made me want to do something ( at the end i did nothing 😅) but there might be some times where it influenced my decisions and made me do somethings for the chance of it being special instead of staying home and doing nothing. Now i feel like i wanna rewatch it again😂
I feel like most of the times for something to hit deep, you don't need to know the reason why. It just happens
Personally i defenietly enjoyed Your Name but if really had to pick an anime that feels like it was crafted for me then its gotta be Koe no Katachi, i havent seen a more beautifull fictional story than that. Altough im happy to see that everyone has that one pearl on their watchlist. Your name is defenietly a deserved top spot
Koe no Katachi is also absolutely amazing!!
1:51 why is there two kitas and one ryo
Craaazy
Honestly, Attack on Titan is like, THE Anime that brought me into the community, and I loved its story.
It's a bit of a random one but my gateway anime was Charlotte. It's not particularly amazing but something about it made me want to watch more anime
@@isthatumi had Charlotte spent something like 6-10 episodes on the last episode it would have been amazing. Certainly has it flaws, but all for most of it I really enjoyed it - up until the very rushed finale.
@henrikgm654 the ending was definitely rushed which was a shame but I still enjoyed the beginning
best anime, best music, best story. I'm listening to it daily since it came and it still goes on...
Guitar, Loneliness and Blue Planet is one of my favorite songs of all time even outside of anime music
7:56 ...and on the spur of the moment... She started playing "Free Bird"... Bocchi the Savior...
It was such a cool solo
Am i the only ones who's desire is the same
Everyone has their own fantasies
Finally, if someone asks me What is ONK about? I can share them this vdo :D
:D
Someone watched a Gigguk video...
Sure did :)
Congrats new sub here, i'm the 100th one. Keep making videos like this, great analysis!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed!
U deserve more subscribers ur so underaatted and the editing is very good also the concept and explanation , oshi no ko is my one of fav anime. U just gained a new subscriber 🌸
Thank you! I do my best to create entertaining content
I'm surprised how much knowledge can be find behind Your words in this commentary about my favorite anime Oshi No Ko. You totally understand what this show is about and I'm giving You concrete congratulations for it!👏😃
Thank you! Oshi no Ko is also one of my favorite anime and I just like talking about anime I like
It's a more mature show. Maybe revisit this series when you have more years on you. More than a few titles go for the lazier "cop out" ending to string the series along to make more money. Unfamiliar with that twins series, but it may be a poly to get people to read the source material, which shows anime producers they should continue on with another season.
I've had my fair share of dialogue-heavy shows like the Monogatari series and I do enjoy them but like I said in the video, it's more so about your mindset going into it. But I understand where you're coming from though!
HOW are you so underrated I love this video!!
Thank you! I do my best to make entertaining videos
The editing is really good and I also like the humor, if you keep going like this you will reach 500k+ subscribers in no time!
Thank you! I throw in a bit of humor here and there but I'll keep on improving my videos
This editing definitely deserves more recognition absolutely underrated
Thank you! I'm still looking for ways to improve my editing though
@@isthatumihonestly it's already great. Especially the sound quality is noticably better than your first two videos
"Best music anime this decade has ever seen" Zigga it's barely 2025
True
honestly if you keep doing this you are going to be successful!
Thank you! I do my best to improve the quality
@ Well, best wishes
Great video bro!
Thanks!
Wish Bocchi is real, she's too relatable 😭😭🤣
Imagine if kessoku band performed irl...
why you have only 77 subs? let me change it
Thank you! Hope you enjoyed the video :)
kind of insane to think that Kuroko was the only one who beat everyone except aomine. He cuts Hanamiya's web, pierced through Murasakibara, find out how to beat Perfect Copy, pseudo emperor eye.
Yeah Aomine easily stopped Kuroko's kamehameha...
Like what Aomine said, the shadow cannot beat the light.
Looks promising Imma invest in this channel and sub
Thank you!
50th sub, i'll be saving this for the bedtime time playlist
Absolute legend, thank you!
This anime looks genuinely amazing! Great video!
Also, I'm working on an anime video as well and was wondering if you'd like to make an appearance in it? If you potentially are I can share more details. Either way, great video!
Thank you! I've sent you an email
This is incredible, absolute cinema
Thanks!
Here before you get famous

Love this anime, love the words, it doesn't have to be a lot it just has to speak from the soul. Definetly gunna be a sub for life
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks as well!
i just noticed your sub and view count, i genuinely thought for the first 3 minutes that you were a HUGE channel, you're definitely gonna be there !!!
That means a lot, thank you!

Thank you!!
