Walking around on the sandy beach of Selingan Island in Sandakan just before dusk. One can still see the many footprints made by the turtles the previous night, when they came up to lay eggs. This is one of the best places in Malaysia to watch turtles laying eggs. As the turtles are very much protected by the wildlife rangers.

Kokol Hill is an awesome place to go and have a bird eye view of the coastal city, Kota Kinabalu. Although Signal Hill prevents a perfect view of the city, the surrounding areas of the city can be seen from up here at an altitude of 700 metres. Up here the weather is cooling too. This video was taken in the evening on the balcony of a restaurant belongs to Kasih Sayang Resort.

Pulau Kalampunian Besar is one of the smaller island at Pulau Tiga Marine Park. The island is very flat and a larger part of it consists of a long sandspit. Here is a 360 degree view from the centre of the island. Pulau Tiga island and Snake island form part of the background.

This video clip was taken on the morning of 22nd June, 2013. It showed the haze situation in downtown Kota Kinabalu. Noticed that Gaya Island was barely visible. The API reading yesterday was 74, but today look even worse. Hope the situation will improve soon.

Sunset at the Weston Wetland is always special. Here one can see the wonderful colourful sky and at time it looks like a painting too.

This boat was cruising at Nabahan river at Weston. Tourist came here to explore the wetland, and they hope to see Proboscis Monkeys which are only found in Borneo Island.

This clip was taken in the morning before going to Tip Top for a breakfast. There are some good waves for surfing. Kalampuniam Beach is the few places in Sabah where surfing is possible.

About an hour drive from Kuala Lumpur, Chiling Waterfall is one of the best in this part of the world. One would have to trek through the jungle for an hour before reaching the waterfall. A good place to discover nature. There are plenty of wild plants and insects to indentify along the way. A good dose of fresh air for the city folks too.

One would have to ford through a few sections of the Chiling River to reach the Chiling Waterfall, a beautiful site indeed. Located at Kuala Kubu Baru, this forest reserved is managed by the Fishing Department. This is a great place for jungle trekking for folks at Klang Valley area.

Mahua Waterfall in located at the Crocker Range Park and about 22km from Tambunan town. This waterfall has a height of 17 meters (55 feet) and with a width of 1.2 meters (4 feet). This park offers peace and tranquillity. Walking around the park will allow visitors to explore the big trees and the gentle butterflies especially in the morning.
