What I don't understand: the "stronger" guy always leans with his whole upper body against the arm of his opponent. Of course he has more power by doing that. But that's not a fair competition in arm wrestling. How come, that nobody notices that and reminds him on sticking to the rules? It's only by using your arms muscles to do the arm wrestling properly.

Not going to lie I felt bad for the kid in red. He actually knows what he’s doing unlike the navy guy who’s probably never heard of real arm wrestling technique before. But he did a good job 👏.

I love this video so much man. I started an Armwrestling Club at my own high school, and watched my friends gain an interest in the sport. The parallels I see between this video and my own experiences is so elating. I'm glad you guys are out here spreading the love of Armwrestling to others. :)
