Help us defeat censorship on Canadian campuses. Today, universities in British Columbia are not subject to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, empowering decision-makers to censor students. Even in Alberta, where the Charter does apply to universities, decision-makers feel emboldened to cancel academic talks in the name of campus safety. Every day, academic communities are choosing cen...

as a oilfield worker, me and my family thank you so much.
You are doing a great work! Thank you. Sincerely.
Thank you for the hard work. But the tariffs kick in on February 1. The court's definition of 'urgency' clearly does not match that of Canadians who will be facing the harsh realities of these tariffs.
Thank you so much for your effort on behalf of every Canadian, we want an election NOW. Also time for criminal investigations, but one step at a time.
Thank you thank you thank you!
I agree with your work and attempt to stop the prorogation of parliament however if successful how much time will this save the Canadians to get to the polls which is the ultimate goal seeing that all parties are ready to vote no confidence? Less than a month? Sadly I don’t feel we have enough time to get to the polls and elect a new leader in time to deal with the American tariffs seeing that Trudeau and his cabinet are presently in talks with Trump and his administration. Don’t get me wrong this will set precedence and prove Trudeau and the Liberals as wrong in their actions but will it help is the question. Thank you for your hard work.
You are the absolute best James! Either way this goes, thank you so very much.
"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves." - William Pitt (the Younger), Speech in the House of Commons, November 18, 1783
Did you take Stephen Harper to court when he repeatedly prorogued Parliament to save his governments from falling? Do you understand what a waste of skin you are? This is political theatre for tards. I would ask you to be ashamed but that would require an IQ.
If i did this the federal government would have locked me up and thrown away the key by mid January. There will be no justice and our leaders will escape consequences, about the only thing i have learned as a lifelong canadian citizen.
Thank you for all your work. People like you make Canada a great country.
Thank u Mr. Manson!
🥳
👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you.
Thank you James, we need this completed ASAP. TRUDEAU is losing his mind.
Trudeau is very slippery. I'm sure this is another minor hurdle for him and his party.
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT
Great job! Keep your foot on the gas pedal!👏🍁🇨🇦
Urgent yet still takes 2 months to be actioned at the earliest.
❤WOW ! I LOVE YOU ! I will send you money soon
So tired of this Dictatorship Liberal Party that seem to be above any law in Canada! Get them in Jail for all they did!!!
should be hearing it this week...not like their working right now in ottawa
Expedition is February 13?! Seriously 🤬
Much appreciated for your efforts - we can only hope that you will have success. More than the pending tariffs the country is facing collapse. This is far more severe - we need a functioning government.
How can we have a fair and unbiased election when we still don't know who all the traitors are sitting in the house of commons.
Time to disembowel our Frat-House, WEF courting Leadership from the levers of Canadian power…These celebrated imbeciles should be regarded as an existential threat to our progeny’s future… Reply
Was THIS judge appointed by Trudeau ??
James should the GG be held accountable for her actions if the court rules in favour of your challenge?
If the court case ends prorogation of Parliament and a non-confidence motion is successful before Jagmeet’s pension kicks in on February 24 is that sufficient for him not to receive his pension?
Jagmeet Singh, like all Members of Parliament, becomes eligible for a pension after completing six years of service. This eligibility is based on time served, not the date a non-confidence motion or election is called. As long as he remains an MP until February 24, 2025, he would qualify for his pension regardless of whether a non-confidence motion is passed or Parliament is dissolved before that date. If Parliament is dissolved after a successful non-confidence vote but before February 24, Singh would likely continue to serve as an MP until the election, preserving his eligibility. However, the timing of events and how they align with constitutional and parliamentary procedures can sometimes create nuances. Ultimately, pension eligibility is tied to the parliamentary calendar and specific service timelines, so the resolution of the prorogation case or a non-confidence motion wouldn’t directly impact his pension eligibility unless it somehow resulted in Singh leaving office before February 24.
@@believeInTheConstitution thank you very much for the clarification… I was holding out for a small bit of hope his self serving actions would have been penalized but looks like he’s going to get his pension no matter what 😢
Autorized and paid by Poilievre
Good luck, Canadians. Trudeau is a tyrant! 🇺🇸🇫🇮
why didnt some one start or report to get it going when he said on his podium he was ....??We may have had a better start in court sooner UGH!!
This is also squarely on the NDP, for keeping that maniac in power, but the Maserati Marxist wants that pension
Thank you for your hard work on our behalf!
Thank you sir for standing up to the tyrannical lib/ndp insanity.
Excellent job and thank you for all your efforts 😊
Why can't we go to court to force an election? Why are we letting that Vindictive bully Hold us hostage
Thank you Mr Manson for your hard work on behalf of all Canadians! We are happy that we support you financially!
Well played and thank you!
Beautiful work! Too bad the house is seized with the privilege motion (SDTC Document release). Unless the opposition allows for a debate in regards to tariffs I guess. That being said, I understand the hope is that should parliament be recalled due to this case. We are hoping for an immediate election to be called.
I cannot express strongly enough my gratitude towards you and your clients. Godspeed patriots.
Thanks James
Congrats! Stay the course. Seems the Liberals have ignored what our justice system and the Canadian public, deem important.
Canadian gvt has 20 days before tarifs comes into effect. Who is representing Canada? Who is talking to the Trump/Vance administration?
tariffs start feb 1 so should be heard before then
Sounds like you’ve won already.
Glad we got this decision prior to Trump’s Inauguration and decision to push back the tariffs until February. Had the tariff threat subsided earlier I wonder if the judge might’ve decided differently. The prorogation is wrong for multiple reasons but the tariff threat and the liberals foolish response to it, is certainly a big factor.
They don’t work? They don’t get payed!!!! Revolution!!!!!
Exceptional and Compelling.
