Waste Full (2024)
Waste Full (2024) is a repository of discarded materials by architecture students in NUS over the course of three days. Discarded material, but not necessarily waste. It represents the other half of the process of production, and require the same amount of time, effort and money as the models which result from them. These materials were made equal, but not used equal. Does waste matter to us? Do we need to care about the waste we produce as architecture students? When is a piece of material considered ‘used up’? What constitutes a fresh piece as as a final form of ‘waste’?
