참 짓는 재실한옥인데.......내 개인적인 생각으로는 이렇게 지으면 안된다고 생각한다. 재실높이가 너무 높다. 한옥이 너무 높으면 사람들에게 위압감을 준다. 더구나 궁궐의 종묘보다도 더 높다. 조선시대에 벼슬살이를 한 사람의 재실이 왕보다도 더 높으면 일종의 참칭에 해당한다. 좋지 않다고 생각한다. 옛날 재실들 처럼 사람이 살아도 편안한 규모가되어야 한다. 재실이란 어차피 그분들의 혼령이 오는 곳이므로~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

보강토 기초는 저정도면 잘 된거 아닌가요 (당시에는) 신축하는 측에서 땅을 1mm라도 손해 안 볼려고 너무 빠짝 긁은거로 밖에 안 보이는데 오히려 욕심내다 윗집까지 지반에 문제가 생겼네요 시공사 측에서 예측 했어야지

집은 인젠 고만 짖자구요 다 그게 그거고 어디나 빈집 투성이라,,, 살던 사람 죽고나면 빈집되기 일쑤 그나마 옛날 집은 자연으로 돌아기기나 하지 요새 집들은 그 자체가 쓰레기다 처치곤란,,,

@@유명성한옥연구소Schade. Ich verstehe die Erklärungen leider nicht. Es sind keine deutschen Untertitel vorhanden, die ich auswählen könnte. Du hast die Untertitel in allen anderen Sprachen nicht angeschaltet. Es gibt keine Liste. Leider zeigt es mir deshalb nur koreanische Untertitel an, die von YT selbstständig in der Landessprache angezeigt werden. Vielleicht kannst du alle anderen Sprachen noch hinzufügen? Das wäre sehr nett.
In Japan gibt es viele alte japanische Holzhäuser, die verfallen oder abgerissen werden. Vielleicht kannst du eins wieder schön machen. Dann hast du ein Haus mit Geschichte, das schon hunderte Jahre erlebt hat, in dem schon viele Generationen vor dir lebten. Diese Häuser sind teilweise sehr billig, nur 10000 Euro. Ich würde gerne eins kaufen und sanieren, aber Japan ist leider zu weit entfernt. 🤷♀️
