Also what flipping app has a hundred buttons or knobs only thing I can think of is like Photoshop which yeah would be pretty overwhelming but That's the desktop version
I think a sheep or an NPC type person definitely doesn't want to learn or use their brain in any way this is the dumbest thing ever to try to justify why people should have iPhones or whatever One of the most generalizations I've ever seen I do forget it times that the world is full of absolutely stupid people they can't think for themselves or do things they have to just let everybody hand hold them
I’m watching this on youtube music
Great advice
Walk straight after a meal can also give you a sitch
Thank you for the video, Mike and Matty. I'm watching to build a free webinar for students on redefining how they learn. Finally, built my LinkedIn audience to 400 followers. I believe a webinar is a good place to start. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Walking right after a meal makes your insulin 3-5× more potent. Unless my Dutch self is misunderstanding your language again, it wouldn't curb but spike it, thus drop your sugars Walking right *before* your meal can make you feel amazing. I got the feeling that's what you meant to say in the second bit. But you just said post meal twice
Ohh I am I guess I am the first person to comment 🎉 So I just want to say how I came across you guys. I just wanted to look for more productive ways to stop my procrastination and I came across koi channel where Mike used notion and then I wanted to know more about you guys, and I came across this channel called Mike and Matty and the first thing I was so shocked that you guys left medicine, and then finally, I was scrolling through your UA-cam shorts and almost all of the shots are about alcohol in a way. Just my personal opinion, I never ever in my life, want to drink alcohol, I feel like staying far from them is very good
Tnx for the wholesome content!
What I've learned and what was I before knowing Pomodoro: Crucial part and intent to do pomodoro technique is to make people to start actually to ‘’start’’ do ‘’something’’ they need to do but sometimes lack of motivation or procrastination. By integrating Pomodoro technique one can start the task. When timer goes off one can determine whether to take a rest or keep on going because they’re in the flow. That is, the Pomodoro technique is a way to kick start something you want to do but never started. It’s a technique to get started.
Oh please for cry it out loud get this stereotype shit out of here not all teens drink
Alcoholics abuse other people and kill others and yourself don't drink Alcohol
Under-age drinking leads to mental disabilities, heart diseases, lung cancer, and early death for most people. You won’t be living life you your dead in your late twenties because of alcoholism. This was from Emily so before you go yapping about my sister being so obsessed, just know it was me. And I wasn’t trying to stalk I was just genuinely curious about why you just do shit that you know will affect you and people around you. Hope you have a great lifeee 🤍🎀
I hate it. I'm 17, get panic attacks and ever since that one night, Everything changed. I became hooked. I was at a party last year and I started drinking. I know it's bad for me but I am obsessed with this feeling of not feeling any anxiety at the moment and alcohol gives me that same feeling I used to have when I was a child. I just can't and don't know how to cope. I pray to the Lord that he fills this void in my heart.
Hey!! Mike I love writing stories and i want to turn it into a side hustle how can i do it ?? ;)
"guarantee" in some businesses can mean a free estimate good for a year or a warranty on a product good from 1-10 years depending on the product or lifetime warranty. definitely helps convince people to buy the product.
Loving these videos ❤ Extremely helpful. If I at all end up turning my business into a brand, it'll be all thanks to you as yours are the only videos I'm watching 🧿🌸 Please don't stop.
Very good flow diagram!
thanks! are you building something?
great break from heat transfer! 🤣
It was extremely helpful ❤ Thank you.
I am so glad that it helped! What was the most useful lesson for you?
@@KoiAcademyI'm planning to start an online business on Instagram and I had decided to make reels and posts before I even start selling it so that it wouldn't get stressful for me. The curate and collect feedback points helped me quite a lot. They gave me a different POV I hadn't ever thought of. So thank you once again ❤ That'll help me in the long run by saving so much of my time.
@@KoiAcademy I have decided to start a business online through Instagram and I was planning to pre-make reels and posts before hand so that I don't stress or get overwhelmed later. But your points especially about curating and collecting feedback gave me a totally different POV I hadn't thought about. So thank you :) I'm sure that'll help me save time in the long run.
The second comment 😂
Let's go! You got here just in time! 🎉
The first comment 😂❤
Yo! 🎉🎉
Great video!!! Listening to your explanation on the 3D creator model reminds me a bit of the concept of ikigai. The 3D creator model is like a more practical way of finding your passion and how it can give value to others.
Thanks for the video guys!

I get AI in terms of managing things like an assistant or secretarial duties like with those vids on Notion helping to get your tasks in order. But as an artist, I have to reject AI for all of its malpractices especially rn with Adobe and the other companies scraping our images, text, painting and art without our consent. Maybe in the future with better regulation it’d be good for making ideas or teaching small things, but rn its not a good practice in the slightest. Nor has it been since it came out.
Though also I'm confused, in previous posts in polls last year you said you were against AI and for supporting artists, but now in the focus Log there's AI imagery everywhere. Did you stance change over time?
"you cant be a cog" I love it!
Im back lol! finally chatching up to these videos, as they arent just "self improvement videos" that one binge watches, but rather makes you think out of the box. Considering I have a year of my Mechanical Engineering degree left but still want to do stuff, this is helpful content and want to think now and in the next year about entrepreneur, or as well as how I can level up in school and what I can do in this last year of college to prepare me for the world!
Welcome welcome!
"Don't try your best, just do what is required," That is so true 😭 Just get the work done, buddy!
hard truth 🫡
👍😀👍. ❤️
Second time in your podcast (first was in "The New Opportunity"one) and I just realized why I resonate so much with everything you talk about-your college experiences shared in this episode are my freshman year in a nutshell! Getting distracted with creativity, being a "maximizer," doing side hustles, and having moments of nearly "quitting" but still stay due to lack of certainty. It's validating to know someone successful like you that it's fine to have a lot of skills. I know drawing, voice acting, copywriting, video editing, hosting, and a lot more that don't relate to my discipline. I'm in the Science and Math field, which I also love as much as the others in my skillset! Thank you so much Mike and Matty for creating this channel. Here's to more success for the both of you! 🥂
🔥
Hi doc cuties. New subscriber from the 🇵🇭. Your vids here and in the other channel are really big help!
My face only turn red but not the others.

Hi Mike and Matty! Thank you so much for discussing content creation and this "new" economy. I look forward to this career path and I hope that I'll meet you two someday because you are just so influential to me.
Thanks! Just getting started with this series, and hoping to inspire more innovators along th way
framework creator to dreamer - loops better I think because the framework is like a library that you are building and you want to keep updating that library to not forgetting everything you get from the reporters rather than dreaming about it again. What do you guys think?
Definitely. As you continue adding knowledge you update your frameworks
Good job guys! This was actually mind opening as what to do and expect in the real world. And our focus on providing valuable services to a niche. Adding to my list: start reporting all the psychologists I can find in my uni💪🏻
Send us the list 😎
@@mikeandmattyMD I definitely will!!
❤️
It's really interesting ❤
Which part did you find most interesting?
I'm a bit confused about this short. When it comes to the "a sad conversation comes up" part, it presents a very weird false dichotomy between "putting the patient in DTs on medication", or "they'll just continue to drink afterwards." That's not an actual dichotomy, and even if a patient says to your face that they'll just continue to drink after being discharged, it's STILL your medical obligation to give them some medication to stop any potential life threatening seizures they would have going through DTs.
I love these. Yall should post these more often!
haha you bet! we'll be doing regular episodes again :)
Amazing! Thank you for your hard work and for putting the effort in sharing your thoughts and advices!
Glad it was helpful! what was the best part?
❤❤❤❤❤

EXCUSES EXCUSES i drinked insanely in that age and i am leaving good life deciding alcohol a problem for your whole life is a biggest lie in my opinion.
