Sir , I know life can be difficult. It's also not fair or just all the time. My best advice is only FOCUS on the GOOD ! Sometimes, the bad requires attention as well. Get that part over and done with fast if possible. Have a great week Sir. Remember , celebrate freedom because it's almost July 4th. !

Your old self is supposed to die! Let your heart soften and pray with gratitude, this helped me to let the Holy Spirit in while I continued to read the Bible. You don’t just stop after accepting Jesus is your savior but continue to ask God to remove the things about you that displeases him. I highly recommend a study Bible that translates for help in understanding his word.

Lack of discipline. Im guilty of this too my dude. The fight is in the shopping aisles, at home of an evening when youre feeling peckish, that moment we make up that excuse in our heads to not go and excercise, those moments we stay awake well beyond when we should.
