Again 1 minute of selling your business. 2 minutes of misinformation.. antioxidant isn’t an anti inflammatory. Completely different. Then ending your video about your business. Something needs to change Shelley.
3 minutes just say its an antioxidant. Doesn’t even say the mechanism of the cacao on the body. A lot of yapping.

Never heard that home cooking is “dieting”.
The best “diet” I’ve been on. I’ve been eating pretty much whatever I want…the catch is, I have to prepare it. I’m down 40lbs so far.

No not really That’s what happens when you cultivate society into a position where luxuries like sugar and fats are available for almost anyone What’s strange is that real food is more expensive than junk food which forces the majority of the world to have to eat junk food for survival It’s literally cheaper for me to eat at McDonald’s than to buy groceries and cook a single meal

18 dollars for a double quarter pounder meal at Macca's in Australia it's 2 dollars more for me to take my family to a steak dinner at the local pub they've gotten insane Macca's has
So I disagree that it's cheaper but it is definitely cheaper to buy the fast food equivalent of at home food products than the healther for you home made. Health foods are significantly more expensive than the premade junk. Especially if you add in the time prep which many people don't have much of anymore.
