What do we do if we forget to write down the password?

The current type of "Guest" password protection is pretty much useless as a Client-facing control. What we really need is a way to limit our Clients (i.e. "Guests", a.k.a. "End-Users") to only be able to do one of the following, as decided by the Client's system administrator and programmed by the AV System Designer: 1. View Only. 2. Mute Only. 3. Volume Only (final output stage). 4. Mute and Volume only (final output stage). Granularity of permissions should be selectable between the entire amp or individual channels. Additionally, in order to prevent hacking, the Guest access should have its own password. Password should also be able to be set to "null", in case of a rare situation where the Guest account should not actually have a password. (Guest connects by simply leaving the field blank.) I hereby request the functionality of the "Guest" access to be changed to what I have described above.

Hi LEA Professionals Team, The Amplifier is pretty good. Although I have a concern regarding the Smart Power Bridge feature of the Amplifier. I have Connect series 704 Amp. If we assign any single channel as a Smart Power Bridge, It will double the power output to 1400W of that particular channel. But, my concern is Can we still get the rated power output of 700W from the 3 other channels?

50 decibels of fan noise at idle is unacceptable. if the numbers are correct your amps at idle have louder fan noise than more powerful crown amps are at full load. i was looking to throw out my QSC amp because of the loud fan but your amps look like the fan would be even louder ! i like that your amps have advanced features and high channel count for the price but none of this matters because 50 decibels at idle is a joke.

I have an LEA amp that is randomly turning off and restarting every 10min or so. Any thoughts as to why?
