So many churches today are getting close to active sedition. The important founders were mostly deists. This goes for Lincoln as well.

That was an interesting interview, as there are many different denominations who identify as ""Christian". I had not even encountered the Anglican aspects until recently, although I myself prefer to remain a non denominational fundamentalist. In my beliefs and experience, God rules by force of conscience, ergo the ten commandments (the real law) was written in men's hearts. Men rule by force of arms under what is refereed to as a presumption of law. I once heard someone tell me: "That men do not break the law, but rather they break themselves upon the law". Only Jesus can mend the brokenhearted, and pilot those shipwrecked lives back to liberty.

When anyone tries to tell me that America was founded as a Christian nation, I simply point them to the ceiling fresco of the Capitol Rotunda, the pinnacle room of the pinnacle building of our government. The artwork above your head is called "The Apotheosis of George Washington" in which George is pictured in his FREEMASONRY attire, and is up there among - not heroes of the bible, but Roman pagan gods and goddesses symbolizing the promise of the country. "Apotheosis" means becoming a god - another tenet that Christianity would denounce. Go Google it yourself. The website very generously explains each pagan deity and its relationship to the essence of the United States. This artwork was commissioned by Congress, a Vatican artist was brought in, paid for with taxpayer funds when the building was near completion. NOW, tell me again how Christian the country was.

So thankful for institutions like Hillsdale!

Unelected parents take their neighbors' tax dollars to the charter school of their choice. The boards of charter schools are selected, not elected. This is taxation without representation. Taxpayers have no recourse for how their tax dollars are spent. If a charter school fails, those tax dollars are simply lost with no way for taxpayers to hold anyone accountable. That is private gain, public loss. This is NOT how our republic is supposed to function!

All conquerors have a plan and they don't really care if that plan is easy to see unfold. In fact it works to their benefit when people know what's coming because it creates fear and weakens the resolve of the people who might get in the way. Hitler made no secret of his desires and Xi is pretty straight-forward about his vision for China. Japan, South Korea, Australia, all of them are starting to come around to the notion China will be the dominant force in the Pacific and are acting in their best interests as they see it based on that presupposition. The U.S.? We're on a suicide run. How many Chinese admirals and generals play dress up and how much attention does the Chinese government pay to the LGB crowd. Zero would be the answer to both those questions. I see the U.S. balkanizing along the lines of four separate regions held together by a shared monetary system and loose defensive arrangement which I don't think will hold up at the end of the day. Old republics never die, they just fade away.
