@@HasanShannak S1 is the common. S2 and S3 can either be Normally Closed or Normally Open, depending on where you will turn the button.

@@angusbarker5733 In some cases,i have seen the saved code appearing once you take the right route. Maybe that isn't your case. I wish i was somewhere near the VFDs,i will there in a months time,i am stationed elsewhere.

@@AkashKarche-r9n If your damper doesn't have any mechanical issue,which you can test by opening manually,then the Belimo Actuator would open it easily. But confirm the wattage from the dealer when purchasing .
It can open your desired percentage depending on your setting and the angle at which you fix it.

OCT is over Current. You can check your motor. Check the output cables whether there is a short.

@@ozilh2826Incase you have disconnected both the motor and the cable and still the OCT indication is there,then the IGBT (SCR/Thyristor) are faulty.

In a crusher site, 132 kW motor is using star-delt starter so the contactors are getting their contacts damaged. Please may you recommend a suitable soft starter.

@@meherphilippo1670 I am sure you have tried to disconnect the Load (Motor). You have tried several times to switch off and on the incoming supply,but still the fault remains. We had a similar fault,(I wish i can share the photos with you),and the fault is also not shown in the Eaton manual book. I believe you are only left with one option,replacing the VFD.

How to solve this without adding a capacitor bank
First check whether the Contactors are engaging and the Fuses are not burnt. Check the condition of individual Capacitors,whether you have Current flow through the 3 cables connected to the Capacitor. If the above conditions are ok. You can upgrade the steps. Let's say,if it is 20kvar,you can upgrade to 25kvar. The 3rd step onwards,you can upgrade to 50 kvar (25kvar Capacitors connected in parallel from the same Contactor or two different Contactors from one step ),but in this case,the fuses have to be upgraded,the incoming Isolator,busbar or cables too.

Hi,you have already answered yourself,you just charge manually like i have shown at the start of the video,and that basically is a reset.
but it is better to use the resetting terminal inside the mccb
@@markstv7434we don't have a reset button,but in essence,when you are charging,at the same time you are positioning the mccb on off position. And for safety reasons,a reset is always done in off position,so that you can check your fault,rectify and then you switch on. Electrically,you connect your neutral at A1 and your live part at B2 +B4 and it will charge and switch off at the same time.
