Advice for those struggling with depression and/or self-injury

Like the first slide says, I did an audition tape for an MTV show. Nothing's happened, and I don't know if anything will,a but if this helps anyone out there, it's worth putting myself on here. Just one person's thoughts based off of personal experience with self-injury, depression, and suicidality.
I'm so proud of you! you're very brave 👏 🙏 Very courageous as well. You're a survivor and im amazed at how well you've done for yourself. I'm so sorry for everything that happened. Its surreal to see you all grown up and still as beautiful as ever. I hope everything is Okay with you as im about 6 years late seeing this video. I always wondered how you were over the years and I wish nothing but the best for you 🙏
