I've found the crystal heart without a guide, you gotta check the poem after you've woken up from the dream (at the end of the level), you can see the heart encased and the poem written on a book next to it says that it's lurking out of frame and that it's "out of this world". about the d-pad, you can actually use LT and either X, Y, LB or RB instead of pressing the d-pad. for d-pad up it would be LT and Y for example. Just wanted to let you know because for me its more comfortable to use those buttom combinations
