Hello friends! Welcome to Roaming NYC. My name is Brian, and I have recently relocated to New York City. I love walking around this great city and have decided to share my experiences with you.
Little Island - New York City 4K Walk
Take a walk with me to New York City's Little Island, a man-made island in the Hudson River on the west side of Manhattan. I started the walk at Gansevoort Beach and headed up to and around Little Island connected to Hudson River Park. 4K.

I took a quick walk with a Lunar New Year Parade in Chinatown in Flushing, Queens New York City [4K] 2024. It's a small but vibrant parade that started at The Glow Cultural Center and then made its way to Flushing Town Hall. I picked up the parade at 37th Ave and followed it to Town Hall. I love that you tell us the time of day while walking, too. It's interesting to see what ppl are doing during the day time.. during school..work etc. I also love the SOUNDS in the streets there. SO different than here.🤩 It was so funny when you were walking by the school, I was crooking my neck to see the buildings across the street, and you walked across like you knew I was trying to see those buildings. LMAO. Great job!

😃 This reveals yet another transitional NYC corridor featuring varying stages of ongoing changes, whether or not by any gentrification. Manhattan is never boring and doesn’t ‘ stand still ‘ , unlike most U.S. city centers. It’s always evolving and undergoing dramatic makeovers.

😲 ENLIGHTENING!…. Until the 10:25 mark, None of the featured surroundings in THIS Walking Tour video conveyed the high end and world-renowned ‘ Madison Avenue ’ image. Prior to that, most of the blocks appeared somewhat mundane or even transitional.
