The other method is to use the "Offset Datum Points" command. One can import the point file and a "datum Curve" can then pass through the points.
well, I have a question and I really hope if you can read it and give me a feedback about it, I am working on a simple study for the campbell diagram of 60 blade disk, due to the Nodal diameter effect I have to assign 180 modes to extract up to the 3rd main natural frequency yet ANSYS can do it for up to 10 modes only, so what is the solution for it ...?

in the Campbell diagram controls the ratio is set=1 (the black line). What is the significance of changing that ratio? Does it simply scale the speed appropriately?

I have Creo Parametric 1.0. I am not able to download de points from the pts files to the splines. Just wondering if this has anything to do with the fact I am using an older version, what do you think?

Explain about equation
Equation is r = a*b^t where 'a' = initial volute radius, 'b' = growing factor and 't' is some kind of linear factor so PTC knows how to calculate values for each step (360 degrees in this case: theta = 360*t ). A bigger value of 'b' will return a bigger volute.

3:45 why I keep trying for the past few hours to dimension the LENGTH of the construction line segment, I cannot do it? Pro/E is stuck on measure its vertical distance only.
it is weird that if you create coordinate system before activating construction mode, 'read point coordinates from file' command in the spline dashboard seems not to be activated.
is that aerofoil s822?
