Although I wrote the READ ENTITIES statement after MODIFY, it is not populating in the UI. I have to click GO again to see the updated value. How do I fix this?

Instead of making the buffer table publicly available, it is better to write a GET_BUFFER_TABLE method which returns its value.

In the code you called get_next_id() but you did not use it anywhere.

When you write SELECT, why are you selecting from active table? Shouldn't you be selecting from draft table during update? It is unclear to me how the drafts are handled and who handles them. It would be nice if you make a video on that.

When we use Early numbering, the key is generated even before when the draft is generated, right? If that is correct, why should we read buffer table during earlynumbering_create?
