Fun fact about fenugreek. It’s really good for you and helps with muscle soreness and recovery. Also, if you take it in those quantities (50-100mg), your armpits smell like maple syrup. NOT. EVEN. KIDDING.

I think it's great that you review sauces for all pockets and you do it with so much energy. It was good to see you with Ed and Heat 101 with the taste testing the noodles, the ones with the added sauce from Ed, trying to recover some flavour. I ended up going back and watching it again. 4 professionals having some fun (maybe 😂). Thank you for a great review and video.

@@ktb_saucy You're welcome. I have been watching you for a long time (way before you moved house). It's for a good reasons I keep coming back. I would be buying You're sauces, but I am from the UK and the postage is something like £35, which stops me buying merch or product from USA and other countries. I do wish you all the best with everything you are doing though. It's always good to see your husband in the videos, he has to put up with you telling him it's not hot (and it's not to you 🤣), only to find out it really is hot. You have fun with it is what I'm saying.
