Where are the minibosses located in the Smart City, are there markers?

Do you have Max Prestige/Mementos for every area in Smart City too? I 100% Smart City but still 200/250 Prestige for the last area (Survive - Norns Federation Nexus area)

Based on what I've seen, this would actually be a banger. But if the producers can 1. Maybe add a story that you could follow and complete 2. Not just make it an open world but an interactive and engaging one 3. Have great battles tho 4. Have side missions aside from story line like helping an npc to find someone like their lost cat, or helping them in doing something 5. make the npc more lively, i noticed that as she entered and got off the train the npc just did nothing but stay in one position. Maybe some people should be going in and out of the train 6. And finally make npc more life like and probable. When you were driving a car and hit an npc you just went through them instead of hitting them, npc mouths should also be moving while taking to make it seems real If the producers do these things, there's no way this game won't be recognized world wide
