Dear One, There is no need to deny the help... life without help? ... another word for it is connection... we are interconnected and never without connection... Water helps us Air helps us Gravity helps us We can not exist without help... Sometimes we consider only other humans as help... The moon, the sky, the sound of crickets have helped me... The kindness of nature... it gives and gives and asks for no gratitude even... 🙏 Asking for help in seen and unseen ways, we may recognize some help that has always supported us. Blessings friend 💕

@@KamWowNow everyone says connections are important, I beg to disagree. When keeping to myself I am calm and steady. When 'connecting' I find I end up getting hurt.

@@elizabethk3238 it is really beautiful to connect with yourself, many people can not do it... I'm so happy you can, that is real strength. I'm not suggesting that one should or ought be connected to others (people) in any specific way... the suggestion is that we are all connected anyway. Perhaps you are helping others all over the world just by being happy and calm and living simply in yourself. Perhaps others are helping you from all over the world by being happy and peaceful in themselves. All without knowing each other's personal existence... Perhaps we help each other seen and unseen 💖

Thank you Joylanda !! I was healing from a broken foot - continuing to move and use our Nia techniques was so healing to my entire body/mind/heart/soul! 6 months later I am better than new, barefoot and teaching regular Nia classes and Moving to Heal... Blessing and Joy to you!!!
