Thank you for sharing! I have experienced similar things and have thought many times about sharing my experiences and thoughts - I think this is a beautiful example inspiring me to keep sharing myself too!
Just today I was feeling really really down and this video helps me recognize that it’ll pass and there are things I can do to do better
such an important conversations to have that you are facilitating. depression looks so different for every individual!

I am looking forward to more of these...I connected with your mom in 2012... which was my last time in a psych ward...and found my way back to the light by walking every where out of necessity!!

Such an important message! As your cousin I feel I am a relative stranger who grew up on the other side of the country. You have bridged the gap by making yourself vulnerable and sharing yourself. I feel like with just a video you have given me insight through your vulnerability and intimacy, and now I feel inspired to support others who are fighting what you fight. If you can do this to me, I think your project will touch so so many! I look forward to what comes next.
