What string gauges?
Great job man
Sounds great!
Thanks! Nice job! Would you mind sharing the tuning you used? There seems to be a lot of different c6 tuning variations out there.
1 - E 2 - C 3 - A 4 - G 5 - E 6 - C
Super stuff. Who is forcing you to record from your garage?😊
I was held captive for years
What a legend
You're a legend
keep being amazing.
🎶☕️🌴HEY, Rob from St. Thomas. I am not even an advanced beginner listening mostly to Lauren Bateman. She has a post with this song and NO BAR CHORDS. I’m thr opposite, I love bar chords, they take stress avay. Yours came up and i love this approach, Also noticed you are like me. A small space with big capacity amps. Mine too, with a Peavy Transtube Silver stripe from the ‘90s. Love the way it captures the mistakes.🎉
Excellent post, thanks for sharing 👍
Glad this was helpful!
Do you know where I can obtain the sheet music for this please?
man, anyway you could teah me this lol
Sure thing, hit me up!
@@inglewoodmusic how would i go about that?
You can slant your bar to the right on the top string to get the extra half step. Or you can pull the top string with your bar hand to “manually” bend it further.
Sounds the same --just played in a different part of the neck ---thats quite ok !
Finally ==you admit it,s just your version of HC which is quite ok--not bad !
By any chance do you play mandolin?
I do but I don't own one
Can you make tabs for this?
I don't write tabs for videos, will definitely consider for the future though
great tone man! would love to see videos of you working out these licks. I learned the F walkdown from the Billy Currington tune, and have incorporated it into my playing.
I'll keep that in mind for the next one!
Thanks. This is helpful for stitching a solo together for such a legendary song.
glad it helped!
Dude, what guitar is this?
it's a custom guitar built by Cooder in Minnesota
love this song sm and this was so easy to understand for a beginner thanks!
glad this helped!
thanks
ery noice i must say
I love ween! thanks for making the videos! You're awesome!
glad you dig!

Well done thankyou

do i need a pedal or certain strings or amp to be able to tap? i struggle to get this sound
For a lesson at end of your video, it's too fast.
try the slow down function in settings
Great angle man! Appreciate you talking it out in the number system as well!
Glad this helped
Why does that SG sounds like a Banjo
Some might say it is a banjo
Thanks!
cue comedically sad spongebob

R.I.P xxxtentacion 🕊️
So in all realness the previous way was fine but u need a capo if u wanna be in the same key as the songs played?
No not cool bro, I need to know how to do it without a capo cuz, ik how to do it without the capo but for example when I put my pointer finger on the 5th string & ring finger on the 2nd it is still the song. I hope u know what I’m saying
Beautiful ❤️
I'm playing this tomorrow second ever lap steel gig. I'm 54 and played bass 30yrs . This is gold for me thanks so much for posting
Share a vid!
No bullshit straight to tutorial lol
Cool!!
So where are your tabs ?
I do not see on screen tabs on your video ---you play it slightly different to the H C I learnt 50 yrs ago
Why would I kid about this song -----UG tab is inaccurate --maybe yours is an improvement ?
it's an interpretation of the song. not note for note
Excellent ! Thank you .........I'm tempted now to get my lap steel out of the case , blow the dust off and get going again. What a beautiful sound. What's the tuning you're using ?
E9!
Joe Walsh is amazing
True, but he had nothing to do with this song.
ty

Sweet tone! Love me some Wilco
