So many great places left out, Watauga, And Keller, Roanoke, Haltom City, Blue Mound just to name a few. Southlake and West Lake have homes starting around $400k into the millions, Keller and Roanoke $350’s on up. Plus those four are all less than 20 minutes from DFW airport as well as NRH, Watauga, oh and Bedford is considered a “Mid-City” also referred to as H-E-B Hurst, Euless, and Bedford, brace yourself for the traffic on the highways there, but there are work arounds.

Don’t believe this video. Safe cities? Winnipeg is top 3 homicide per capital in Canada! Brandon used to be safe and quaint, but not now. Springfield isn’t even a city. Steinbach and Winkler are great if you are Mennonite. Selkirk is a suburb of Winnipeg, with the steel mill being the biggest employer. Thompson is a northern mining town, with the addicted people from the north hanging out in the downtown area and the mall and nearby liquor store.
