I bought a pair from the store, first couple of days it's been fine but now one of them keeps chasing and bullying the other one, I saw some damage on it tail, they have plenty of hiding spots and yet it stays wide open letting the other one attack it. What can I do about this? they are 3 inch

You should NEVER have leveling wedges under the tank itself!!! They should ALWAYS go at the bottom of the stand frame if necessary

So my question is I currently have an upside down catfish (4 inches) with a singular common goldfish (2.5 inches) I want to add the shark (about 3inches) to my tank (36 gal) , but I’m not sure how itll work out. The shark is currently in a 3 gallon, which is awful for the fish. So part of me wants to get the fish out of there. But I’m not sure if it’ll do good with the other fish. Or with my upside down catfish will put each other in their place. What would you recommend? Also with their temperature ranges I evened it out for both of them at 75°. They seem to be doing fine with that.

The heart parrots are a tailless form like the meteor goldfish. Many species produce tailless forms but they are usually culled. The thai love breeding weird morphs though especially through artificial breeding. So we get weird stuff like that.

off topic species but dude i braught a pictus cat alone , didnt know it was a schooling type fish, braught 2 more for the mean while, the dude started fighting with one of them specifcially and beat its eye up , the first one i got always hides in a cave with a blue plhantom pleco and keeps chasing out the other pictus , took the one with the bad eye out and he started shouling around with the other pictus

The problem I’m having is that the filter I have for the tank hangs off the side of the edge, preventing the clean look as well as the fact that the clear tops are not able to go all the way to the edge properly. Can you please explain how you filter the water without having the filter hanging on the edge? Thank you 🙏🏽

Thanks for the video, I'm new to this and I have bought angelfish and goldfish together and they have been together for 4 weeks first 2 weeks the angelfish was very agressive but now they are adapting to each other, so should I continue keeping them together or should I give it away because I'm more of a goldfish person and I would be sad if my goldfish die. This fish is a devil. I had to give him away. Chasing all my fish including Tiger Barbs and Cichlids.

What about snow white dwarf parrot cichlid?

I recently bought 5 of these guys I would say they about 0.5 cm big really exited about trying to breed them

I have a pair in with African cichlids, they easily hold their own and even goof around with the cichlids 🙂

Mine kept breeding in my big tank where other fish live too but the babies wouldn’t really survive so I decided to move the breeding pair to their own tank so they can actually raise them successfully and also because they kept harassing all the other fish due to them protecting their babies lol 😆

My molly gave birth today and I managed to save around 30 mollies that are currently in a breeders box, I know I will have to get another tank soon but how do I go about transferring them, can I just add my current water and add water and then add them in?

Dwarf chain loaches are an even better option lol... they maxed out only to 2.5". Never seen one reaching 3". They have a ton of personality like most other loaches. They will also help decimate pest snail population in ur tank. I have a pair in two of my tanks. Nothing but empty snail shells laying around. 5" is still too big for me. My biggest tank is only a 29 gallon. My biggest fish is barely 3" and its a male kribensis cichlid.

Why would top fin add a 200 watts heater in a 55 gallon tank that's to small for this size tank

im fairly certain u have a different strain of blue polar parrot cichlid to most people. Yours look far more flowerhorn'y than 99% of these fish iv seen. Infact, they are so different in shape, colour and personality to all the others on youtube, that i would say these aren't the same fish lol.

I just bought some yo-Yo loaches for the first time. I have them in a quarantine tank. How long should I quarantine them before putting them in my community tank? Also, are they prone to certain diseases that I should be looking for? I thought I read that they can have worms and need to be dewormed? I also heard they can be sensitive to certain medications so I'm a little leery of prophylactically medicating them.
