@@OlórinDaGrey Some good advice right there. It's not like the model where you have to commit several seconds for a tactical reload. You also avoid reaching the lengthier empty reload by keeping the launcher topped up

You really think so? 😂 It's just some mid-range wireless headset mic. I did try to experiment with some EQ to make myself sound better. Will need to try some more for sure

I owe inspiration to that respect from Bibbit. They've been putting out sophisticated CL-40 content far before I could even get my virtual hands on that weapon

@ fair. I noticed you and I have similar dynamic play styles. Bibbit is great but I wonder if the really defensive way he plays might not work if people break down the room he is defending

Ever since Embark buffed the Demat at the start of S4 I've grown to appreciate it a ton. Bibbit's playstyle has merit and has limitations. The same goes for this demat. + offensive movement kind of loadout. In defense of the turret, just a couple bullets can soften up an opponent enough to enable quick melee combos or even save the need to fire an entire new grenade

@ yeah. I was thinking they could tweak the CL to make one for light that’s similar to the 4.0.0 buffed version but with the max explosion radius it had pre season 4. Aka it would be season 3’s version but buffed to the 4.0 damage (93 to 117) while probably having a faster reload speed and maybe a clip size of just 3. Other idea I saw was a plasma mine launcher, like demo’s stickybomb launcher essentially. More like the quickiebomb, as light should be able to detonate mid air.

SAME though. As soon as I saw that armor during the season 4 first store update I immediately thought: "Yup, that's my demoman outfit" Then they added a beanie without headphones and the rest was history

Ranked is its own beast, and the CL-40 isn't versatile enough to be viable in most ranked matches. The weapon excels mostly in lobbies with a lot of lights and melee users (especially against riot shield)

@@Gruncleton Thanks for saying that. so many people swear by their weapon of choice in obstinate ways and it is refreshing to find someone that is realistic about the limitations. The most-off meta weapon that works in high rank is typically the revolver and from there it is just scar/ak/pike. Im open to change though.

@@Nom2421 Indeed, every weapon has its flaws, and being adaptable goes a long way in THE FINALS. There's much fun to be had in experimenting, too, so by all means embrace change where you see fit! Fun fact, I LOVE the revolver, especially in the final round. You should check out my other Ode, to the R.357 🤠
