Great video! We are really considering moving to the Carolinas. We have family in Ft. Mill and would like to move near that area. We are looking to buy a home with land and access to the mountains for hiking and off road trails. York has been on our map and looking more appealing. Coming from Orlando, FL, i will take 2 months of oppressive summer weather. Its better than dealing with it for 8 months of the year. Thabk you for the video!

I really want a single family home, but even grossing nearly $100k, it would be a stretch. I might settle for a townhome, but I am worried about the noise with the shared walls.

At 10:45, you mention that Charlotte residents need to earn $62k annually to afford the "starter home" priced at $235,000. How many homes are priced at $235,000 in the Charlotte area? I see ten on the market right now, I would consider none of them "move in ready." The homes I'm seeing are going for $350k+ (move in ready)
