Hello.. i know this is an old video, however, can you please advise me, when the power button on the unit is switched to on, if there was a brownout and the unit was still plugged in and switched to the ON position, will it automatically restart once power is restarted? Or does the button have to be manually pushed to power it back on again? Thank you

Testing a humidifier should be easy, first and foremost GET A HYGROMETER and put it in the room, turn on the dehumidifier and check again after a few hours and compare before and after on the hygrometer. It's as simple as that.
