how is the pay in accounting po I’m a nurse and it’s very stressful and nakakaburnout

Dating RT (R) and now accountant here. Depende kung ano hilig ng tao, kung kaya nila to serve people at their lowest or kung mas gusto nyo konti to no interaction naman ng clients sa accounting. Nag enjoy ako sa medical field pero I see myself npt being able to stay in that field until I get too old. I see too much nurses and RTs who who get injured and forced to retire early. I enjoy accounting too. Depende lang kung anong company ka mag wowork. May companies ako na palagi may long hours during month end closing or tax season pag tax preparer ka. Sa job ko ngayon no over time or long hours and super flexible ng work. Also, until now, we have an option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. As for requires schooling and certification. Depende sa state kung saan ka kikuha ng CPA. pero pag accountant lang position gusto mo, Bachelors is enough to fund a good accounting position. the 5th year or mMasters degree is not required unless you are going for CPA.
