There is a setting under hotkeys, where you can bind a clutch mute button. If you want to quickly mute all teammates during a clutch, just press the button 🤣

My brain cant rember too but try remembering 1 lineup per site from or near attacker spawn to default plant. If your team has a decent sentinel who watches flank always, you could ask to swap roles with them so you can watch flank and do your lineups from there if youre clear. Trust me it works!
