Bike has been 141 gps , however it was street tires then . The TKC's create a wobble starting @ 124 mph that gets to a point of losing control . Reached the 131 in top of 5th gear . Unable to wring out 6th .

Just a short clip @ Brazos River west of Houston . 72 mph on the gravel cruising using TKC 70's @ street pressure 34 F / 40 Rear . Stalled it under bridge trying to pitch right with rear brake locked so had to readjust for something different . The ditch was quiet soft , and larger than the camera tends to give perspective of .

Hayabusa power
I've got a gen 2 hayabusa, do I need my stock shift arm near 1 o'clock, what are the benefits of this , I've been trying to look for the stock position of the arm as when I put it into neutral the green light on dash has some issues finding itself
Could I ship you my 99 zrx1100 carbs to be cleaned?
@fbgm4798 no I only do locally. However Kwick on zrxoa.org will . Tell him c10 sent you
A Busa can definitely make a tourer but needs a fair bit of mods
sounds so good.
I hope you see this. I feek like mine has a lot of vibration at higher revs but no noise also could the cam tensioner cause the vibration as well?
Sorry can't diagnose your issue . Cam chains usually are quite robust.
Sounds like a big bore sport bike.

Timely video. I just now finished changing fluid in my 2023 R1250RS. Your fluid looked exactly like mine. Nice golden yellow. I put back Ate Type 200. You are correct on the brake feel. Both back and front improved with the fluid change.
In the 70's and 80's I worked at Kaw and Honda dealerships and we had to replace the manifolds about every 2-3 years. They do go bad. Usually thru tiny cracks in the rubber.
This man is not only a mechanical genius, he’s an outstanding human being.
do you have a link to which tester you bought?
Ill send it to you Pete
Thanks for the video
Video on how to adjust the low/high beam. Bike is lowered 1.5 in the front.
Mine, from new, won't start up.. it only gets the igo primo screen. When you touch it the device shuts down.
You are a life saver, I have a 2008 Hayabusa every time I shift into first gear it shuts off... any idea why ???
Start with side stand switch
Okay, I will order another one... thank you Mr. Bryan. Can I let you know if it works or not
Purchased my Shinkos 4 years ago..O problems. Took the bike to 130 multiple times..I'm gonna order more.
Bet ya wish you were in your truck that day lol
You R a master riding on that weather!
Awesome video. Good work. I just bought a 2021 GT pro with a Corbin heated seat installed. The corbin seat height is 32.5 and I need the bike at 31 max. I am having Soupys lowering kit and adjustable side stand installed by the shop I bought it from. Forks will be raised in the upper yoke to maintain geometry. Since the highest seat setting on the low model is 30.7, I'm guessing the center stand will be unusable at my desired height? I like the idea of using a 2 x 4 or similar to engage the center stand for general maintenance but wondering if the center stand will drag once the bike is lowered? People seem to have done well with the Lust racing links going 1.2 inches lower but not sure if that is the sweet spot? Any knowledge in this area? The shop I'm using is not a triumph shop. Im doing a fly in and ride out.
So got a 2000 busa and replaced the clutch and basket and still having issues of great lock up and engagement when the bike is cold. Drive a couple blocks bike warms and I lose all gears. Let it cool down and same thing. Is it due to this master not getting a good seal?
Really?
Good info ....wish it had all been linked to other ABM video!.... searched though an looks like I got the final word! Bought the ABM conversion for my Gen2 and putting all the stuff together for a one time do it all conversion!
when i try to start my hayabusa in gear i hold the clutch in and the bike just lurches forward and won’t start but turns over do you have any ideas why
love the bar end mirrors. Part #? Manufacture?
Custom design. 3D print from friend in Arizona
I'm in love.
Oh great! He’s located in Houston so am I- WONDERFUL!!! Great video!
Lol then you go and you eat 3 whoppers and there you have the 6oz weight reduction
Hey what brand is that handlebar kit, as well as those bar end mirrors?
ABM / LSL . Mirrors are custom 3d print
@@bryanlarrimer138 Wow it's an awesome setup! I found that bar setup i'm gonna have to try that.
You should have called this video ‘the lazy man’s way to check the valve clearances’… take the fairings off dude ! The way you are doing this valve check will not give you accurate results… the fairing removal will take you around 15 minutes… when doing valve clearances you need to have the crankshaft in exactly the correct position which you cannot do without removing the crank end cap
Where did you get that seat.
Oh. I’m in Los Angeles area. If you know anyone you’d recommend in this area please let me know. Thanks 🙏🏼
I have the same bike and needs a service, where are you located. Thanks :)
Houston area

Thank you brother, replaced my slave cylinder today and can't build enough pressure no matter what. Gotta be that master cylinder. Much appreciated!
it howls like a ducati v4 🥵
How can I get just the screen filter? Some alternative?
Pardon me but that seat looks ridiculous, touring or otherwise.
Isn't visible when you are sitting on it! Function over form. It is for riding, not for show.
Great job, as usual! I'm sure it will run perfect when you are done.
Man i wish they still made these 😢
Thanks, from Chile.
Great job there Bryan. You and Mr. Wells have tooo much time on your hands.
Great sounds!
I also have limited rang of motion in my left ankle due to a major motorcycle incident I had back in 2015. This is why people do the Buell peg conversion i guess. My friend gave me a 2005 Busa I've been fixing up. I finally sat on it and noticed shifting is tough with the limited rom. Also have limited rom in my knee. Damn this sucks. I found your video because I ran into the issue with the side stand bolt when I was trying to switch to GP shift.
Gen 2 can also do direct shift with parts from GS500 . Learn to pick up your foot to shift vs ankle flex
FYI gasoline will flood air filter and air box when on side. Replace air filter and clean air box before staring or riding. It will mess up the ECU and potentially cause internal fire. Learned that the hard way.
Lovely video mate! Any ideea if this is applicable also for GSX-R K5 K6 ?
I do not know about the K5 or 6 engine. However if it has a similar balance shaft it should adjust the same
@@bryanlarrimer138 Thank you mate for the reply. I have the same noise and I will try to look for that adjuster
My '02 slips (false neutral) from 5th to 6th...scared the shhht out of me. I immediately squeeze in the clutch and pull over. Doesnt happen every time though... could it cause my tranny to lock up and kill me? Thanks
When it happens just pull in the clutch and slow down then click it into 6th again
@@bryanlarrimer138 yeah. Finally found a video to explain. I dont lift the shifter enough and it gets stuck in between gears. Thought my gears were fkd but i remember that would happen on my other bike once in a blue. Def human error. Thanks for the response
How long in inches is your clutch hose?
The bird has 2 also.
I thunk you should look again. There is only one external adjustment and one dummy shaft available.
Well, i was gonna buy one of these, so, you saved me some grief. Thanks.
