I played this on the Pc port released later than the original. One friend pf mine told me ‘Knowing you, you will cry, HARD’. I didn’t believe him, but… when Sephirot killed Aerith I swear I couln’t refrain myself from crying and yelling at the screen. It hit hard.. now, I’ll be able to hear this masterpiece from the Distant Worlds orchestra and I couldn’t be happier.

She truly lived her life to the fullest. Every new experience she went all out and enjoy it to the fullest from Kalm to Gongaga to Junon. Thanks Square Enix for this adventure, and thank you Aerith!

Aerith is also my favorite female character in Final Fantasy VII Remake too! I just love her so much! Her carefree personality and kindness towards others is amazing too! It's one of the many things that I love about her character too!💖 She's always so cheerful about everything and she reminds me of myself because my personality is similar to hers too in some ways. Like her cheerfulness and her kindness towards others is just like me too.

when i was a small boy, i had a childhood friend who lived next doors. i was 3 or 4 years old when i first met her, she is the first person i remember meeting that was the same age as me. we always hung out at my place and even our parents were friends, and we grew up together. when i was around 8 years old, she would often watch me play JRPGs, specifically the OG FF7. She always looked up to me and never judged me, she was the only friend i had who always thought good of me, looking back. When i turned 13 my parents and i moved to another place far away and we didnt really get to say goodbye to each other, the new place was too far to visit her, too. i wasn't able to make friends at the new place so i mostly played JRPGs for myself, making 100% runs of all the OG JRPGs. When i turned 18, i tried to find her again, looked her up on facebook and such, wanted to tell her what happened in my life until then. i never got a chance to meet her again, to hear her again. because she suffered mentally, horribly for alot of years. when i tried to find her, i heard that she already returned to the planet. everytime i hear aerith's theme i can't stop myself from thinking about my childhood friend, and feel painfully guilty for not being able to help her. why didn't i reach out to her sooner? why wasn't i there for her? i just wish i did something sooner, i just wish i got to spend some more time with her.

This song is so beautiful that I can feel the emotions in the song, and I tear up almost every time.

What makes Aerith such an amazing character is her willingness to sacrifice herself for the lives and well-being of others ,putting others above herself time and time again no matter what obstacles she faced,she knew ultimately it will all be worth it,because her sacrifice meant that everyone else gets to continue to live and grow happily ever after. In our world we have a man(God)named Jesus Christ who did the same for us,being the creator of all things,he chose to die by his creation,and by doing so our sins are washed away and we are reunited with him and the Father,as long as anyone chooses to put there faith in him.
