normands firs are endemic in my country and thrives around spontaneously.İ totally agree to you say looks like made from plastic for that fir breed.Really fantastic ornament tree especially when covered by snow. Blue spruces have being popular in here last decades, priorly no one knew that tree breed.İ planted two blue spruces front of the hospital four years ago. One of thems upper sprout was broken and faded.Other one has been thriving well. Actually i didn't estimate that will looks such a pretty when i sowed. Blue spruces exposed to cold weathers really becoming light blue.But if planted to somewhere winters are warm probably will colouring more closer to green.
