Depending on what your doing for online pvp the carcano for hunting probably rolling block for big game and for certain missions rolling blocks but for story mode definitely carcano but you can’t get it until the very end so

At the point of the end of this episode -- is the best place to leave camp and never return. Just live out there in the Free Roam World. -- Now with these first couple of Yellow Missions out of the way you can gamble in all locations and you have access to the stables (which you did before now but can not buy horses or have a brush) and the Fence at Rhoades and St. Denis are open...-- and you have the Legendary Animals Map as well as some cash (from the Kiernan mission). - Don't worry the camp will be fine. . . someone from camp may come look for you later, but when they do you can lie and say "I will come back to camp later" but you never have to again. -- Also -- you could play in free roam for years this way if you like and never get a dreaded disease that might kill you. BEST OF ALL -- Micah is locked in Jail in Strawberry and you will never see him again.

Have to mod the legs on some power armor to walk in the fire. It's part of a quest.
Follow questline for that building. Make sure to turn off the lava flow before moving the cart
