Rabies shots after a bat bite
Переглядів 16 тис.7 років тому
First series of shots injected into the bite area.
Well done.
How are you able to make a hole in what has to be rock hard ground???
Great video
Looks painful, but I'm glad you had the courage to do this,I wouldn't,this video may be old but I hope you're doing fine! [I would do it anyways I dont wanna die-]
Every video I've found on the internet of people getting rabies shots. Never ends up uploading another video again. This video was uploaded 4 years ago no more videos after it's like this for every single person I find. I just got the shots im worried. I'm worried people are still sting years later after taking the shots and no one knows
Lol...I'm fine....I moved to transylvania and curiously only come out at night...at times I feel the urge to bite, but, I think it's always been in my nature....
question what state ?
That was thoughtful of her to leave you some turds.
I "get" more shots? This guy is funny.
I got the shots and they honestly dont hurt that bad so if any of you are watching because you are getting them dont worry.
Depends on where you got bit

i know im asking the wrong place but does anybody know a tool to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost the password. I love any assistance you can offer me!
@Jay Edgar Instablaster =)
@Hendrix Hayes Thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Hendrix Hayes it did the trick and I now got access to my account again. Im so happy! Thank you so much, you really help me out :D
@Jay Edgar no problem :)
love how flat those MB traps sit .
Yes sir...doesnt get much better..excellent canine trap
its about 5 degrees 2nite i am heading out put a couple sets out i have the screws, drill and some wax dirt ready to roll, great video thanks for sharing
Good luck my friend
How does that trap work? It doesn't even look like it's under any tension. I thought you had to step down on these traps to pry them apart so that they can spring shut.
The "loose" jaw is under zero tension...the jaw the dog is over has all the tension. You can step on both ears, or push them down by hand to set the trap... I just had the trap staked and pre set to shorten the video
@@stepfracturemaster8556 Cool.
Great video thanks very helpful
The screws are cool, great idea!
What do you do with the coyotes you catch? Who buys them?
I have been tanning my fur the last few yrs, making fur hats and such...keeps me busy....ill still dry a few out on a stretcher here and there...not to sell, just to keep in practice....i use to sell to local buyers...but, they are all gone now
@@stepfracturemaster8556 Thanks for the reply. Not much of a market any more. have a great day.
@@rogercloud6003 no sir...you got to love it to do it😁😁😁
Good looking set....✔ rang ya bells to follow.
Hope that new foot of yours keeps healing my friend so you can get out there and put some bracelets on them song dogs this fall! Killer beard!
@@stepfracturemaster8556 thanks brother, yeah working toward the season!! Can't wait...I appreciate you
Farmers here would toss you out on your ass for using screws or nails on their property lol
I cant stand needles
And I thought an MMR kinda hurt
That screw trick is genius looking forward to more videos
Okay never mind he said the 14th day.
So you have to get a total of fourteen shots??
Pretty place to traps !
Yes...i am fortunate to have some good neighbors who own some nice land
what about baiting the snare for a few weeks before you set it?
-20 traps still working, this man knows what he's doing.
Great video. I'll take a good screw over a nail anytime. Thanks
😂
🤭😛😂😂🤣🤣👍👍
Good catch
Great videos, would like to see some more of your adventures. LOL!!! I was laughing with you the whole time.
I would like to see more videos from you. Great instructional video!
Thanks buddy...ill work on that
You doctor sounds like Herbert West... XD
Great video. I’m doing some trapping. Doing a GoPro Giveaway as soon as I hit 1,000 subscribers. Come check it out. Vic
Nice channel Vic! Good luck out there...hope you catch a ton!
Thank man. Sorry for hustling you but I’m at the finish line for 1,000. I’ll be watching your videos!!!!!
I will often have trouble with traps freezing to the ground especially when it gets -20 or colder I've had them freeze so bed they wouldn't fire and had to chip it out with an ax and thaw it before it would spring. if it gets up to -1 or 0 with the sun out it will melt the snow or ground moisture and freeze in a couple hours
Absolutely...even dry dirt will draw moisture from underneath and freeze...wax dirt seems to be the best thing when it comes to battling mother nature...its not fool proof obviously...you still have to battle top layer freezing at times...but it definitely keeps you in the game
If someone saw me doing that on their ground I would be booted instantly... not going to tell someone that are wrong but I hope your no where near anywhere where tires are gonna be... there are better ways to bed traps... I wouldn't reccomend this one. Make your bed different and it will be damn near rock solid without the need for any fasteners. Happy trapping.
If you watched the whole video...you would have seen that the fasteners freeze rock solid in the ground...this is not for normal weather conditions...we all know how to bed traps in good ground...and I also mentioned to please ensure to removed all screws when finished...but of course that's just common sense...happy trapping to you, as well
perfect nice fur too, nice sets
Thanks John
Shared this with a social media trapping group. Hope you don't mind. Great video.
Not at all....if it can help one or two trappers, that's great! Thank you.
Great idea, new sub
Thanks...sub returned....nice catches you're making already!! To bad on the cat...hope you catch him again
very good idea bud
OMG looks so painful.
Very pretty, let’s kill it!
Gary Marsh thanks for watching
Good job! I've never used nails or screws like that. It looks like it works! August right now and something is eating my wife's chickens.......coyotes I'm guessing. Six in one night, so that makes me think raccoons....I don't know. I hate to trap them this time of the year, but got to do something!
Muskrat Outdoors yep...just finished a job that a lady had coyote and foxes taking her chickens...hated putting them down...but I picked up 300 plus acres for this yr...take the good with the bad
Sometimes there just is no other way. And gaining trapping ground is always a plus. I put a few snares in the fence line where I have caught them before, but I think they might be coming in a different way. Hard to use foot traps here, she has too many chickens, ducks and turkeys. Horses, mules and burros too, but they would be OK, just sprung traps. I'll put a camera out tonight and see if I can figure out for sure what it is.
Muskrat Outdoors let me know my friend...you have my curiosity at a high level
I will for sure! I really don't know what it could be. Raccoons usually eat the heads off, coyotes and fox pack 'em off.......it could be a skunk, but there are no drag marks in powdered dusty dirt. Too many chicken tracks but didn't find any others. I'll put out ome dog food and a camera tonight. Along with some live traps.
Ya know....I was noticing tonight most of our rabbits are gone too. My wife brought home three that were all supposed to be the same sex. We had about twenty running around loose......now I only see one.
I got my rabies shots 1 hr ago after but by a bat it did not hurt really maybe for a minute or two but dont be afraid you can get through it!

CLENCHES TEETH WATCHING...
I guess I'm wondering why Jim Cundiff isn't showing this ???
Angela Joyce I don't know why he would or wouldn't...should I know him??
Great video , Good ideas on the screws and seeing results in the traps makes for great video's .
Thank you....love catching them dudes!
They pay the same for front or hind foot catches! Good work
ilive2h yes they do. You going through withdrawal yet??
Yes, a lot, I’ve got my buddy sending me pictures of his line and catches and I think that is hurting more then it’s helping but on the bright side looks like I might make it home for the last two weeks of water season.
ilive2h great!! I hope for your sanity you get home. I look forward to the footage
I think your rite solid trap bedding.
tracksmoken trapper yep....there are some great trappers who can pop a trap in wax dirt and be on there way....it doesn't work for me that way...if mine aren't solid, all I get is a dug out trap....every dang time
Nice job getting that trap set in like that, and the coyotes look really good.
STREETERBOYZOUTDOORS thanks buddy...nothing is perfect...but its the best I can do in those conditions
Good video, really appreciate your time and approach. Just curious if you would do the same thing in 2-3 feet of snow or would you set in packed snow on wax dirt or wax paper. My wolf trapping area is in deep snow.
Idaho 2nd Gens wow! Never experienced extreme conditions like that. The wax dirt method would work on a wind swept area....I would use the wax paper in your seriously deep snow. I've never trapped wolves or in crazy conditions like that. I wish I could be of more help brother....I would love to try and catch a wolf....that must be the ultimate rush!!!
I have been struggling with the deep snow, trying to keep my four No. 9's clear as the snow settled a lot after I put the pee posts out. Went up today for trap check to the bait pile, the wolves are close, about 1 mile across a stream from my sets. I had to redo them last check as the snow was too deep for quick fire. A couple really big wolves in the pack, I hope to snag. I have snares out too. Thanks a bunch for your video. I am going to try some wax dirt.
Idaho 2nd Gens good luck...let me us know if it works for you
