Will a man congratulations to you I don't know you I've been trying to sell my house for the last 6 years on and off and they say it's a buyer's market but for some reason I don't know what God has in store for me cuz I'm a Christian but I can tell you that I've seen people sell their houses right here by me within the last 5-6 years I've been trying to sell this house since 2019 on and off and the market is only getting better supposedly is what they say there's a person that lived behind me kitty-corner that he just got 237,000 he's only been there for about 4 years maybe if that I think 2020 or 21 he moved there get a little bit of work to the house never had no problems he didn't make a killing from it but he made money I got about a hundred thousand dollars I owe on my house is worth about $250k bought some land last year but it's not the right land I was in a jam and I had to buy something because of all the other situations that I've been through in life and I can't be going without having a home to live in I got to either build it before I sell this or buy something that is done I hope this year is my breakthrough because I have seen other people get paid for shit that's not even near as nice as my house even on cars and equipment heavy machinery it just seems like some people don't have to do a lot and it just comes to them and other people I got the smarts and the knowledge and I'll run circles around people for the money and just in business in general and it seems like there's a blockage there like the devil's preventing me from getting to where I need to be so I pray for you you pray for me and I'm able to achieve great things this year for my family and I'm able to move up no matter what the cause of the situation is we're able to be in a better position than we were the last several years
