Great review, thank you for side by side comparison between A5 ad A6, could not decide betwen the two. But from this review, looks like A6 is much better.
I respectfully disagree with the overall finding that the A6 is superior to the A5. I think the A6 is not much better than the A5. Indeed I prefer the A5 because it is more nimble, a bit lighter and a cuter-scooter imo. My A6 is a big disappointment. I'd read the hype: " the Porsche of kick-scooters; almost pushes itself; amazing glide etc.". No. Pros Bit more confident going over cracks in the pavement due to the bigger wheels. I might have detected slightly more roll than the A5 hard-tyre but certainly not enough to write home about. It's a good kick-scooter. Cons It's a bigger, more imposing scooter and lacks that merge-with-the-crowd factor the A5 has which means pedestrians might scowl at you more? It's getting into bike territory. It's slightly heavier than the A5 but not significantly so. The longer deck is like a railway carriage (I think it's got a longer deck). The A5 is a little fighter and so light you could pick it up with one finger. It's an amazing form of transport for crowded areas - very unobtrusive. It's like a third leg. I'm very fond of my two A5s (hard/air tyre) but as yet I have not bonded with my A6. Hopefully it will happen in time. If it does I'll edit this comment. A5 rules!
You hit the nail with this review. I find people less intimidated when they see me passing by them because I can easily slow down than kick off again. In the bus, I find the scooter to not tlstand out as much and able to hug in crowded transportation commutes and doesn't hit nobody. A even bigger scooter would than be a problem.
My standing foot would immediately ache after 10 minutes of hard concrete. I find having to switch feet every other block. I used to skateboard but broke my ankle. You'll still see me flying fast down the block like a gun was on me.
*Battery life is great **Latest.Bike** Scooter . Love the different driving modes. It’s got a little headlight and taillight too. Gets lots of looks haha*
Excellent review. And thank you for not trying to be a movie star with splash screens and music. Just the info that we need to see without wasting our time. I will buy the A6, based on this review.
3:16... what's funny is that you could just use a smart phone. Open Google maps, navigate... anywhere... and your speed will be displayed on the screen.
Thank you for the time and effort you both put to do this review, I bought one for a relative and thank to you, I know I made the right choice. I got the Razor A6
Hey quick question. What size shoe are you and did U notice any difference in the deck length from the A6 and A5 Lux. I’m a size 13 men’s foot and my foot doesn’t fit on the A5, does the A6 have more length for the foot deck?
Thanks for the review. This is exactly what I was looking for. We recently bought our kids the A5 Lux scooters and they are so fun and my husband and I take turns on them. We want to get scooters for ourselves and I saw this A6 which looks awesome!
Nice video. A specific question that I would appreciate a view is that I have noticed that the brakes on the A6 are near non existent when compared to the A5, is this normal or do I have a defective one? Hw do you find the brakes on this?
Seriously oh, I like the video. You give a lot of good information that are complete facts 👍. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to make this video please have a blessed day.🇺🇸🌏🌎🌍🌄🌅🙏💪😷🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆👀👈🙊🙉🙈✌🇺🇸💸
As far as we know the PAW Patrol has the capabilities of international travel and possible covert operation capabilities. However, the PAW Patrol failed to assist in any way during the Iran Hostage Crisis of 1979, which is unacceptable seeing as the US diplomats were hostages from November 4, 1979, to January 20, 1981. Could it be that the PAW Patrol is run by Islamic extremist that utilize PAW Patrol to increase positive images of the extremist, while also taking money from the UN? Or that the PAW Patrol is US run, and was told by the CIA to not intervene with the hostage crisis? If it is the former, why so? Could the Iran Hostage Crisis be a hoax, used to crack down on Iran for bringing down the monarchy that was ruling Iran, made possible by a coop from the US and UK?
I have the a5 prime and I have no problems with it I'm right at the max weight I ride it 2 miles everyday for 2 years but you might want to remove the the kick stand when you first get it because I hit it against something a couple of times and it just trash. The farthest I went was like maybe 8 miles wasnt fun going but coming back was because on the way back theres a little hill where it picks up some speed
All these sorts of scooters rattle to some degree. I would say the A5 rattled more than the A6. The A6 specifically has an anti rattle mechanism inside the folding enclosure which I think accounts for a lot of the difference between the two.
I consulted three different physicists before settling on a test method. One of them actually published a study based on my results in the third edition of the American Journal of Sub-Atomic Particle Movement.
Generally I'd say I exceed 7mph, but I ride in suburban conditions which allow for higher top end speeds. In urban areas with high traffic that sounds like a fair estimate.
Deck height difference? Deck length difference? Stem height difference? Quick release difference? Wheel height difference (8 to 10) A larger wheel will give you better roll, granted, buy the science behind it means the initial force to begin the roll would have to be greater. It's not a car so mpg can't be measured. But suffice it to say, the larger wheel is better for overall speed and distance but the initial input is greater - something a kicker won't feel. I had an a5 and I walked on it fir 8 weeks. Curb jumps, SF hills (rear brake heated up so much, my shoe sole melted into it s bit!) I've held onto pickup trucks and held the a5 by the center stem up the speeds of 20-25mph --- SCARY! BUT FUN.
Yeah he's autistic.
Great review, thank you for side by side comparison between A5 ad A6, could not decide betwen the two. But from this review, looks like A6 is much better.
Those birds were VERY Distracting.
Razor A6 Scooter is a Redesigned of the Razor A5 Lux.

@@miltonbuu Yep. I haven't changed my mind about the A6. It's ok but in comparison to the A5 it's like comparing a Bentley to a Porsche ...imo.
The foot space😪
My standing foot would immediately ache after 10 minutes of hard concrete. I find having to switch feet every other block. I used to skateboard but broke my ankle. You'll still see me flying fast down the block like a gun was on me.
WHAT A FRICKIN DOUCHRBAG. LOL. IDIOT
Do u think the a6 can easily carry a 240 lb. Man I know its max listed as 220.
*Battery life is great **Latest.Bike** Scooter . Love the different driving modes. It’s got a little headlight and taillight too. Gets lots of looks haha*
Wow! Awesome review!! Thank you so much.
Also very funny lol
Excellent review. And thank you for not trying to be a movie star with splash screens and music. Just the info that we need to see without wasting our time. I will buy the A6, based on this review.
A5 for me, because the A6 can collabs if you don't tighten the knob which can be extremely dangerous....
Try on coarse road surfaces, see if the dental fillings are well done
Good one Charlie, this is the best review of the Razor A6 i have seen so far. Well done

Nice review. Very detailed
Beautiful!! I am 67 years old and I need one 😕
I am 67 too and just got one (in addition to a A5 hard and soft tyre). I must stop.
Thank you for the time and effort you both put to do this review, I bought one for a relative and thank to you, I know I made the right choice. I got the Razor A6

This is by far the best review of anything I've ever seen, thanks for helping me make the decision
After watching this video I'm seriously thinking about buying one now. Thanks mate.
Volume is too low, honeybun.
Sorry
Patent pending just read the box
Thanks for the review. This is exactly what I was looking for. We recently bought our kids the A5 Lux scooters and they are so fun and my husband and I take turns on them. We want to get scooters for ourselves and I saw this A6 which looks awesome!

loved the intro and the transitions. the whole thing was great.
100th comment
I like the way you speaks and explains... keep posting bro
Is there any chance of exporting or manufacturing these A 5 & A 6 models in INDIA? Huge market for these scooters in INDIA Thanks for the great review
Nice video. A specific question that I would appreciate a view is that I have noticed that the brakes on the A6 are near non existent when compared to the A5, is this normal or do I have a defective one? Hw do you find the brakes on this?
Haven't had that issue. My brakes work well on both.

hi, I'm selling some legacy Razor A2 Scooters! would you be interested as a collector?

Sound sucks

this was fantastic, thank you for the quality content. I too made a funny video approximately 2-3 years ago.
Nice Raze vid bro! I've been rocking the A5 DLX. I probably won't make those extra feet, but at least I am DLX.
Hey bud. So the A5 rattled and the A6 doesn’t? Are all A5s like that? Like a design flaw or something
All these sorts of scooters rattle to some degree. I would say the A5 rattled more than the A6. The A6 specifically has an anti rattle mechanism inside the folding enclosure which I think accounts for a lot of the difference between the two.
I can get a new one for $20. Should I get it?
I hope you did!
How fast does it go?
It’s not electric so as fast as u push it or get pulled
4:04 4:37 you pushed harder in the new fancy one, look at your body posture. Bad test.
I consulted three different physicists before settling on a test method. One of them actually published a study based on my results in the third edition of the American Journal of Sub-Atomic Particle Movement.
Wow Brian. Such a hater
I heard commuters average about 7mph? Rule of thumb is its about 3x faster than walking?
Generally I'd say I exceed 7mph, but I ride in suburban conditions which allow for higher top end speeds. In urban areas with high traffic that sounds like a fair estimate.
Sounds pretty ‘rattles’ to me.
Is there a lot of rattling in the A5 compared to the A6 on rough roads?
Deck height difference? Deck length difference? Stem height difference? Quick release difference?
