First time using the GoPro to try and capture the aurora borealis. Caught a few wisps and colour changes but it wasn't overly active. Will try again in the future.

Adey, really enjoy your videos and the potential of the car. I was on the edge to sell. But you’re changing my mind…. I enjoy the car, But it’s been doing my head in! This year has not helped. Wheel bearing replacement, ended up been a drive shaft and spring as well, wiper linkage replaced. And need a new set of front tyres and another wheel bearing is on its way out. So not feeling the love! But 300 bhp does make me think how great the car can be. How’s the clutch holding up? Are you noticing any slip or problems yet?
I think a lot of cars get to a point where they need a little more love to help them carry on, just seems it all happens around the same time, costing us chunks of money. Clutch on mine is starting to slip, does it intermittently so I think its contamination, the measurements from the ECU show it to have an ok amount of material left and it stops completely when hot. They are on 108k now too so doing well I think. Only seems to do it when the clutch is cold or ive been driving like miss daisy for a few weeks. I will be getting them changed next year but I will also be looking for some more power.

How is the clutch holding up?
still ok. odd issue after driving it soft but 99% of the time its fine. Will need changing soon though im sure
@@Adeyspec I am going slow with my upgrades as right now it is my only car. IC going on soon but I am holding back with a remap due to concerns over mammoth clutch bill. I'd rather uprate the friction plates before going too much further and constantly worrying about the clutch.

Does it matter what way the fuse is fitted?
should use a 10amp, anything bigger my cause issues in the wiring. as a temp fix itd be fine though
Anyone know why the twingo gt engines soubd tappity. Is it the hydraulic lifters? Cant seem to shift this ticking i have with my gt
They are a little tappy. They have adjustable rocker arms that may need a tweak if the noise is excessive
I was looking at your info display there thinking it was the same as mine. I forget you can change it! I thought your air intake temps were horrendous.
yeah I have it ordered differently to the normal setup. Intake temps were excellent on track to be fair

You're right, 90% of the time it's not an issue, but even on road I have wished they were longer! Got a trackday soon and I know I will get pissed off. I know you can change gear with the gearlever as well, but fuck that. However...at £210 plus delivery...fuck that too! I will make some out of lolly pop sticks!
Not a bad idea really, get some magnum ones they will work best i think :D

You could make a startwire on the starter bendix, then you can start without using the key and stay in the back watching what the engine is doing. It's much easier.

You are very lucky cranking it over as without a distributor to hold the oil pump in place you normally end up with timing problems when you refit the distributor

nope, still the carb it came with that probably sat not in use since 1989..... has done a over 500 miles with me though
